Survey purpose:To understand the current situation of grassroots medical staff in henan province,analyze the existing problems and appeals,compare the practices of improving the treatment of grassroots medical staff and stabilizing the grassroots medical staff in some provinces in China,and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions for the development of grassroots medical staff in henan province,so as to provide policy basis for stabilizing the grassroots medical staff.Survey method:According to the method of stratified random sampling,taking the spatial geographical location and economic development level of the sample area into comprehensive consideration,three cities including zhengzhou,nanyang and xinxiang were randomly selected,and a total of 6 counties(districts)were selected.Eighteen grassroots health institutions(county-level medical institutions,community health service centers(stations)and township health centers)in six counties(districts)were selected as the sample institutions,and medical personnel were selected as the survey objects according to the department distribution.A total of 1300 questionnaires were issued,and 1266 valid questionnaires were recovered,with a recovery rate of97.38%.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the survey data.Survey results :found that gender imbalance,grass-roots staff is given priority to with college degree and above,working accounts for 5-10 years of age is higher,most of the intermediate position,income is mainly focused on the 2-50000 yuan,the satisfaction of their income is low,medical staff for career development situation is optimistic about the proportion of small,less than fifty percent of the staff is willing to stay at the grass-roots level,in not willing to leave the grass-roots staff is nearly fifty percent of people thought about leaving at the grass-roots level,they want to leave the basic reason is multiple,nearly fifty percent of their grassroots health workers to higher level hospital or comprehensive hospital.At the same time,some medical staff are faced with such problems as imperfect medical training system,unfair talent selection mechanism and unreasonable professional title assessment policy,which affect the enthusiasm of medical staff to stay at the grassroots level.Countermeasures and Suggestions:Suggestions to improve the level of social security,grassroots health workers salary incentive mechanism innovation,set up scientific performance scheme,actively introduce talents with higher levels,and strengthen the training of existing staff,improve the basic medical and health unit operation management system,to strengthen the psychological counseling and promote the acquisition,and improve the relevant systems of the grassroots medical staff,improve work enthusiasm,to strengthen grass-roots medical staff team construction,ensure the first option system at the grass-roots level in rural areas was deepened,laying solid foundation classification diagnosis and treatment of staff,to accelerate the reform of the "healthy China" goal.
