At present,COVID-19 is in a global pandemic.In order to cope with the impact of the epidemic,Internet medicine has been widely applied to solve the problem of patients being difficult to get medical services under limited conditions.At present,most internet medical systems operate independently,separated from the existing offline hospitals.In order to improve the quality of online consultation,online consultation should be integrated with the existing data of physical hospitals.In order to solve the problems of low efficiency of single application development,inflexible deployment and insufficient expansibility,the system uses the system architecture of front and back-end separation and realizes the development of back-end services based on the Open source microservice framework of Spring Cloud.Smaller microservice applications not only facilitate the division of labor for developers,but also can be deployed separately,facilitating application expansion and repeated deployment in the future.In order to reduce labor cost and improve service quality,the system uses intelligent questionanswering to answer users’ questions in real time.Based on the Neo4 j graph database,the knowledge graph was established,and the intelligent question and answer of medical questions was realized through the query of the knowledge graph.In addition to answering questions,the system will also give users some relevant medical science articles.In order to improve the efficiency of full text retrieval,the system uses Elasticsearch full text retrieval engine to realize the storage and retrieval of medical data.In the process of online consultation,the system uses cloud real-time audio and video services to realize the function of remote video consultation,which improves the communication efficiency and the quality of consultation between doctors and patients.In the aspect of operation and maintenance,the system uses Docker container technology and Kubernetes container management technology to realize resource virtualization and scheduling distribution management.Through the visual interface and automatic Dev Ops process,the management of each module and middleware of microservices is more convenient.Finally,functional and nonfunctional requirement tests are carried out on the system to ensure that services can correctly achieve functions and work normally under high concurrency.The designed and realized online medical system based on micro-service can effectively improve the work efficiency of developers and reduce the time cost.Each microservice module in the system can work together to correctly complete a set of online consultation process and improve consultation efficiency.In the deployment phase,microservices are packaged into images for centralized deployment and management to ensure service availability and facilitate subsequent O&M.
