Internet of Things Healthcare(IoTH)evolution brings huge improvement in the field of healthcare in the past few decades.Pre-emptive,scenario-based and easily accessible features of IoTH had improved the traditional medication system and gained a huge attraction among patients and medical staff.IoTH provided big relieve in the current situation of the shortage of medical resources and uneven distribution by faciliting the patients at home or remote locations.But with the development of the market,selection of appropriate service become very hard for consumers of smart health care services among different functions and features.A major problem facing by the industry recently is how to encourage the implementation of smart health care services and the adoption by customers.The main goal of this research is to use the proposed model for guiding the smart health care service providers to optimize the service and marketing strategy.To this end,this paper first constructs An Influential Factors System for Consumer' s Adoption of Smart Healthcare Services Based on IMADM model,then the interdependence and feedback effects between criteria/dimensions,optimal alternative choices and systemic modifications for the promotion of Adoption of Smart Healthcare Services evaluated in this model using an Improved MADM model that combines the decision-making and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL)process,the DEMATEL analytical network(DANP)process and the modified VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje(VIKOR)method.Finally,the paper evaluates the proposed model on the basis of an empirical case study and does the comprehensive evaluation.The model verification and empirical analysis are carried out,and then the paper gives advice to service provider for promoting their service and market strategy.The results show that the macro environment is the most influential dimension in terms of promoting the adoption of smart healthcare services and Policy planning is the driving factors for improvement.Research also reveals that build an efficient health system can be the break through factor towards the consumer adoption of smart healthcare services.In addition,the competitive results revealed that the innovative approach is better than the conventional method,the improved MADM model would determine the most practical performance gap and evaluate the most innovative improvement plan to achieve the optimal value.
