| The information technology has been applied in all aspects of life in China.Information construction is not only a trend but also an opportunity in the medical and health industry with numerous challenges.The process of health informatization is continuously advancing,its connotation is getting more and more rich,committing to providing more comprehensive,systematic and intelligent health services,and it is urgent to explore more effective strategies.This dissertation starts with analyzing the current situation of both domestic and abroad to teases out the process of China’s universal health informatization in order to better understand and grasp the current status and key tasks.Followed by selecting the case of district C to make a profound study,including its backgrounds,contents and processes,evaluate the effectiveness with the National Health Commission’s "Interconnection Standardization Maturity Evaluation System",and summarize problems,with a further study using the PEST analysis model,the optimization suggestions are combining vocational work and technology,strengthening policies and team building to implement the information construction.Finally,the conclusion is that the universal health informatization should be planned overall,implemented step by step and improved continuously,strengthening application,leading by demands,supporting by technology,policies and team building also.It is hoped to offer referenced suggestions for the similar cases with this dissertation,based on summarizing the experiences and problems in district C. |
