Research On The Interconnection Of Regional Population Health Information Platform

Regional Population Health Information Platform(RIP)is a regional example of the national health information platform construction and interconnection,and also a major method to realize the sharing of medical data resources in China.Based on the questionnaire survey and analysis of the interconnection status of regional health platforms,this paper finds that there are problems in security,ownership and quality of medical data sharing.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes a new regional population health information(RHB)platform architecture based on alliance chain,RHB is build to realize cross-agency sharing of medical data.The main work and results of this paper are summarized as follows:The main work and results of this paper are summarized as follows:In order to analyze the problems existing in the interconnection of RIP,the paper first investigated the construction status at the same level in China,and designed a questionnaire to investigate the informatization status from more than200 medical institutions in Qingdao.Through the feedback data of 126 questionnaires,problems such as big heterogeneity of each medical system,big data security vulnerability,unclear access control authority,and supervision function defect in the interconnection were analyzed.Aiming at the problems existing in the interconnection,the architecture of the RHB is constructed.Establish Item mechanism and Item block to solve the problem of health chain data storage;The node consensus process model and medical datasharing model are designed to realize data sharing and access control and solve data security problems.In order to realize the election of the consensus nodes of authentication and supervision,DPOS algorithm is improved.The intelligent contract is designed to realize data ownership,data quality control and automatic transaction processing.RHB is coded to realize the functions of consensus node election mechanism,intelligent contract and medical data sharing.This paper builds RHB to realize data security sharing and real-time supervision,further proving that the alliance chain technology is suitable for solving the data security problems existing in regional health platforms,and laying a good foundation for the construction and interconnection of China’s national health information platform.
