Objective:Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper discusses the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, and tries to prove the feasibility of guiding the clinical treatment of non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease with the innovative pathogenesis theory of "deficiency qi retention",so as to clarify its clinical value and provide theoretical basis for the prescription and medication of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PD in the future. Methods:We selected outpatient and inpatient patients from the Department of Encephalopathy,First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to February 2023,who met the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine tremor syndrome and Western medicine Parkinson’s disease.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 60 patients were selected. We used a completely randomized design research method to divide 60 Parkinson’s disease patients into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with the type and method of Western medicine taken before enrollment, while the treatment group was treated with Western medicine combined with Bushen Huoxue Tang for 4 weeks.During the treatment period, neither group changed the treatment plan of anti Parkinson’s disease drugs. Each group was continuously observed for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, each enrolled patient was evaluated on the CAS score scale,NMSS scale,PDQ-39 scale,PSQI scale,HAMD scale,HAMA scale,H-Y grading scale, and other scales for efficacy evaluation. All clinical data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 23.0 statistical software to evaluate the efficacy of the study results. Results:The combination of Bushen Huoxue Decoction and antiparkinsonian drugs can effectively improve the non-motor symptoms of PD patients, and its therapeutic effect is better than that of antiparkinsonian drugs alone. The combined treatment of Kidney Tonifying and Blood Activating Prescription and Parkinson’s can improve the quality of life of PD patients, and its efficacy is better than that of Parkinson’s therapy alone.Bushen Huoxue Decoction can relieve constipation, anxiety and depression of PD patients, improve sleep quality and stabilize mood, but has no significant effect on H-Y stage.Conclusion:(1)The combination of Bushen Huoxue Tang and Western medicine can improve the non motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease with kidney deficiency and blood stasis, and the therapeutic effect is superior to using antiparkinsonian drugs alone.(2)The combination of Bushen Huoxue Tang and Western medicine treatment can improve the sleep disorders, emotions, and mental states of patients with non motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.(3)Bushen Huoxue Tang has no adverse reactions and high safety.
