Study On Syndrome Treatment Of Colonic Diseases In Treatise On Febrile Diseases

Objective: The diseases of ’ large intestine system ’ in traditional Chinese medicine include a wide range of diseases and diverse contents,among which diarrhea,intestinal wind blood(hematochezia)and constipation are common and frequently-occurring diseases in clinic.However,throughout the previous research results,later generations of doctors pay more attention to the expansion of research in the field of individual diseases,systematic collation,especially the clinical application characteristics of large intestine system diseases summarized by the six-meridian thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,and its related fields are still vacant.Based on the literature and ancient books related to colonic diseases in the past dynasties,this paper intends to summarize the essence of the six-channel syndrome differentiation and treatment of colonic diseases by using the combination of literature theoretical research and prescription data mining,in order to get a glimpse of the characteristics of the six-channel syndrome differentiation and treatment of colonic diseases and the characteristics of the prescription rules in the ’ Treatise on Febrile Diseases ’of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: In the theoretical research part,the traditional literature research method is used to analyze the six-meridian classification correlation of all the articles related to colonic diseases in ’ Treatise on Febrile Diseases ’,and the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles and methods of colonic diseases are preliminarily summarized.In the data research part,an Excel database was established based on the selected symptoms and prescriptions,and IBM SPSS modeler 18.0 statistical data software was used to count the frequency and proportion of drug application,and the overall mining and analysis of drug taste,four flavors and five flavors,and drug association rules were carried out.The literature theoretical research and the collation of prescription data were compared and analyzed.Results: 1.The etiology of colonic disease can be divided into exogenous cold,internal injury and blood stasis,food accumulation,typhoid fever mistreatment,and the etiology of colonic disease often has multiple factors interaction.Conclusion : 2.Summarization of pathogenesis : In the stage of solar disease,the mechanism of constipation is mostly caused by the imbalance of ying and wei,which leads to the loss of intestinal moisture and the difficulty of bowel qi transportation;the pathogenesis of large intestine diarrhea is more because of the lack of Weiyang,which leads to The large intestine is mostly due to the lack of Weiyang,which leads to the sinking of evil qi;the mechanism of large intestine hematochezia can be divided into pathogenic heat initial knot,long knot lower coke blood stasis.In the stage of Yangming disease,the mechanism of colonic constipation is divided into external evil to Yangming gastrointestinal dry heat and fluid injury,or because of spleen and stomach deficiency,water-retention can not be dissolved and finally lead to the deficiency of large intestine fluid and the constipation of large intestine,or because of the stomach is so strong that the spleen is weak,which lead to the body fluid is not good;the diarrhea is due to the cold evil directly violates the gastrointestinal tract,and the hematochezia is the same as the in the stage of solar disease,which is the evil heat and blood stasis.In the stage of Shaoyang disease,most of the combined diseases show the abnormalities of large intestine diseases.The diarrhea can be divided into the benefits of liver depression and spleen deficiency and evil depression of the large intestine,typhoid fever and sweating in the gastrointestinal tract,the benefits of gallbladder and stomach,and the benefits of stomach.The mechanism of the constipation is liver depression and spleen deficiency with gastrointestinal dryness.In the stage of Taiyin disease,the mechanism of its diarrhea is caused by the deficiency and cold of spleen yang.Appearing occasionally constipation is because of misusing attack treatment,which lead to wind evil hurting the body fluid,sinking into Taiyin and causing intestinal obstruction.In the stage of Shaoyin disease,the constipation is mostly a critical syndrome,which is caused by wind-heat steaming the heart and kidney,and the fluid is lost to the large intestine;the mechanism of diarrhea of the large intestine can be divided into spleen and kidney yang deficiency,heart hyperactivity and spleen deficiency,The cold qi of the kidney is too strong to reject yang qi,liver qi stagnation leads to spleen deficiency,spleen and kidney yang deficiency and water qi stagnation,heart and kidney disharmony;the mechanism of large intestine hematochezia is spleen and kidney yang deficiency,cold evil injury and intestinal collaterals,which is often accompanied by diarrhea.In the stage of Jueyin disease,the pathogenesis of diarrhea is divided into the cold and hot mixed,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,liver meridian dampness and heat,and Jueyin and yang complex overheating.The mechanism of spleen and kidney yang deficiency is subdivided into three aspects : kidney yang deficiency,spleen and kidney deficiency and cold,and kidney yang deficiency.At this stage,there is no prescription for constipation and hematochezia,but it involves the relevant provisions of hematochezia.The pathogenesis can be summarized as the injury of blood due to the excessive recovery of yang qi.3.Treatment :treatment should have the table when the first solution table;the large intestine knot is to attack the law,accompanied by blood in the stool and blood stasis;the method of tonifying the large intestine is to tonify deficiency,accompanied by Shaoyin hematochezia,and accompanied by Jueyin hematochezia.4.Statistical results of drug taste and meridian tropism :(1)The application proportion of warm drugs in drug property frequency was the highest,accounting for 38.2 %,followed by cold drugs,accounting for31.83 %.(2)In the frequency statistics of the five flavors of drugs,the top three proportions were bitter(33.33 %),sweet(30 %),and pungent(22.22 %).(3)In the classification and frequency statistics of meridian tropism of drugs,the twelve meridians are involved,among which the spleen,stomach and lung meridians are the main ones,and the lung meridian is the most,accounting for 19.42 %.(4)Statistics of drug association rules,57 rules are obtained,and the gain is greater than 1,which are all meaningful rules.The maximum rule support is 34.62 %,and the maximum confidence is100 %.There were 19 rules with 100 % confidence,among which the highest support was licorice → cassia twig + peony combination,which was17.31 %.The compatibility of peony,cassia twig,jujube,ginger and licorice is commonly used in clinical practice.Conclusion(s): 1.After sorting out,it was found that the pathogenesis of colonic diseases in ’ Treatise on Febrile diseases ’ has its own characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment in the stage of six-meridian diseases,and always pays attention to the evolution of the pathogenesis of the six-meridian diseases.The constipation,diarrhea and hematochezia of the large intestine are manifested in the development of the six-meridian stage,not only its independent division,but often mixed,such as constipation with hematochezia in Yang syndrome,diarrhea with hematochezia in Yin syndrome,or diarrhea with dry stool in delirium.Therefore,combing the large intestine disease from the six-meridian stage can better improve its therapeutic effect.2.Through comparative analysis,it can be seen that the characteristics of the treatment principles and methods of the large intestine diseases in the six-meridian stage of the ’ Treatise on Febrile Diseases ’,such as in the three-yang syndrome,the treatment of the following methods,the work is to eliminate the evil,and it is better than the bitter and pungent drugs to relieve the table and restore the yang to attack,and pay attention to the care of the large intestine fluid;in the three yin syndrome,the treatment is based on the warming method,and the work is to support the yang and generate the body fluid.It is good at using the medicine of great Xin and heat to help the yang and dispel the evil,and attaches importance to the regulation of the large intestine qi movement.3.The law and characteristics of Zhang Zhongjing in the treatment of colonic diseases : the pathogenesis of large intestine diseases is closely related to the pathogenesis of the six meridians;in the course of treatment,attention should be paid to the combination of clearing and warming to guide the bowel down;pay attention to regulating the relationship between the large intestine and the organs;be good at promoting the recovery of large intestine diseases with enhancing Yang Qi and promoting metabolism of body fluid,and use Guizhi Decoction as a common basic prescription for compatibility,and finally achieve the balance of yin and yang of the viscera.
