Application Of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Technology In The Evaluation Of Zhucan Therapy For Zhuang Medicine Clinical Efficacy Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine’s bamboo-pot therapy in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)by using musculoskeletal ultrasound technology,so as to provide further clinical objective basis for the clinical application of Zhuang medicine’s bamboo-pot therapy in the treatment of RA.Methods: Patients with RA who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Rheumatology,Guangxi International Zhuang Autonomous Region Hospital were simply and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table,41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with basic anti-rheumatic drug(methotrexate10mg/W).The observation group was treated with Zhuang medicine bamboo canister therapy on the basis of basic treatment.The control group was treated with the same water boiling pot.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,VAS pain score,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and DAS28 score of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded,and the ultrasonic glide membrane blood flow signals of musculoskeletal and the hyperplasia of articular synovial membrane of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed.Through statistical analysis of the collected data,we evaluated the clinical effect of Zhuang medicine bamboo canister therapy in the treatment of RA in many aspects,as well as the correlation between DAS28 score,C-reactive protein,and erythrocyte sedimentation rate and ultrasonic synovial blood flow signals of musculoskeletal muscles and synovial hyperplasia of joints.Results:(1)77 cases were collected;There was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)After treatment,the VAS pain score of the two groups decreased,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05),while that of the observation group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)The DAS28 score of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The DAS28 score of the observation group after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)After treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the Zhuang medicine bamboo cupping therapy observation group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).(5)After treatment,the synovial blood flow signals of the two groups were weaker than before,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05).There was significant difference in synovial hyperplasia between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).(6)The correlation analysis between the blood flow signal of synovial membrane and synovial hyperplasia of musculoskeletal ultrasound and DAS28 score,CRP and ESR showed that DAS28 score and CRP value were positively correlated with the difference of synovial blood flow signal and synovial hyperplasia(P < 0.01),but ESR was not significantly correlated with synovial hyperplasia(P > 0.05).(7)There were significant differences in CRP and ESR between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Treating rheumatoid arthritis with bamboo cupping therapy,a Zhuang medicine,can effectively improve joint pain,reduce inflammatory indexes and disease activity.The application of musculoskeletal ultrasound can objectively and reliably evaluate the disease activity of RA and the curative effect of drug treatment.
