Based On The Network Technology Analysis Of Professor Wei Guikang’s Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Drug Law

Objective:This subject takes the clinical medical record and medication prescription of the patients with Osteoarthritis of knee(KOA)treated by Professor Wei Guikang,a Chinese medical master,as the research object,aiming to summarize the medication rule of the KOA medication treated by Professor Wei Guikang,a Chinese medical master,through the analysis of network technologies such as data mining,bibliometrics and visualization analysis.Based on this,we explored the academic thoughts of Professor Wei Guikang,a Chinese medical master,and related medication mechanism,and provided reference for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of KOA.Methods:Collect and sort out the clinical medical records and related prescription drugs of Chinese medical master Professor Wei Guikang in the treatment of KOA,use Microsoft office Excel to build prescription database,and conduct frequency analysis of patients’ basic information,drug flavor and attending function.IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 and Apriori association rule algorithm were used to screen high-frequency drugs and drug pairs for KOA treatment,and association rules between high-frequency drug pairs were presented by IBM SPSS Modeler18.0.Based on Cytoscape,association rules of high frequency drug use were analyzed,and medication rules of Professor Wei Guikang were systematically organized and classified.The hot topics in recent years were analyzed by Cite Space6.1.R6 bibliometrics and presented in graphic form,and the diagnosis and treatment philosophy of Professor Wei Guikang in the treatment of KOA Nemesis was analyzed in combination with the hot topics.Results:(1)Basic information: A total of 390 patients were collected for585 visits.Most of them were females,and most of them were middle-aged and elderly.Joint pain is the most common clinical symptoms,in addition to tingling,stiffness,waist and knee pain,dry throat,tinnitus and other blood stasis,kidney deficiency symptoms are more common.Tongue image with tongue ecchymosis,tongue purple dark,teeth mark tongue,tongue coating common thin white,thin white greasy coating;The pulse image is mainly composed of thin pulse and string pulse.The common witness types are kidney deficiency and blood stasis,kidney Yang deficiency,kidney Yin and Yang deficiency,etc;(2)Common treatment methods: the use of tonifying the kidney up to 126 times,followed by nourishing Yin,Tongluo,spleen,warming the kidney,activating blood,soothing the liver and so on;(3)Total frequency of TCM: A total of 585 prescriptions were collected,127 drugs were used,and the total frequency of medication was 8410 times.Deficiency tonic drugs were mostly used,with an average of 66.22 times for each drug,and about 14 drugs for each prescription;(4)Analysis of high-frequency frequency of medication: the top 5 drugs were Qianjin Ba,panax notoginseng,asarum,achyrannosa radix and cistanche.Most drugs had the effect of tonifying deficiency,and the medicinal tastes were mainly bitter,spicy and sweet,while the main channels were liver,kidney and spleen;(5)Analysis of high frequency drug association rules: The results showed that there were 30 groups of effective combinations of 2 kinds of drugs,and the support rate of Radix butanae-Qianjinba was the highest;There were 33 groups of effective combination of three kinds of medicine,and the support rate of Radix buccanthus and asart-Qianjinba was the highest.There were 4 groups of 4herbal combinations,and the support rate of Radix anthosa,asarum and panax notoginseng was the highest;(6)Cluster analysis: According to high-frequency drug cluster analysis,the drug groups with potential new prescriptions are:1.American ginseng,saffron,Antler antler,large barrelled bone,Tangerine peel,small barrelled bone,Cistanche,asarum,Radix achyranthes sinensis,Panax notoginseng,Qianjin Ba,fermented bean sauce ginger,wolfberry;2.Keel,Xiangxiang,broad tendons Rattan,Passepartout,two-side needle,solitary life,Eucommia ulmoides;3.Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum ligusticum,Astragalus membranaceus,licorice,Paeony,Salviorrhiza miltiorrhiza,papaya,achyranthes sinensis,turmeric,Cornus officinalis,alisma alisma,Moutan bark,poria cocos;(7)By complex network analysis,we obtained the following new formulae: Radices cyathulae,Xiaohuagu(Gendarussa vulgaris),Dahuagu,Qianjin Ba,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Panax notoginseng,antler mushroom,Tangerine peel,cardamom ginger,American ginseng,saffron,cistanche,asarum;(8)Visual analysis of authors: Lu Min,Liu Jian and Chen Weiheng had the highest number of publications;The top publishing institutions were located in Beijing,Hunan,Liaoning,Guangzhou and other TCM universities and related affiliated hospitals;From 1998 to 2023,the atlas showed high frequency keywords,such as osteoarthritis,traditional Chinese medicine,sodium hyaluronate,medication pattern,inflammation,etc.ranked the top,which has been the hot spot in the treatment of KOA by taking traditional Chinese medicine internally in recent years,and experimental research,inflammatory factors,signaling pathway,data mining,etc.,have gradually become the direction and trend of the current research on the diagnosis and treatment of KOA.(9)Comprehensive analysis showed that the core drugs of Professor Wei achieved the purpose of treating KOA by anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,promoting osteoblast proliferation and inhibiting osteoclast apoptosis.Conclusion:In the treatment of KOA,Professor Wei Guikang,a TCM master,inherits and innovates the traditional Chinese theoretical system of "kidney main bone" and "blood stasis",and proposes the diagnosis and treatment concept of "internal replenishing of liver and kidney,external promoting qi and blood circulation".His core drugs can achieve therapeutic effect of KOA through anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,promoting the proliferation of osteoblasts and inhibiting the apoptosis of osteoclasts,which is consistent with modern medical research.
