Objective: Through a survey on the current situation of cervical cancer among rural women in some counties of a region in northwest China from2015 to 2019,the factors influencing cervical cancer among rural women were analysed to provide reference for the scientific prevention and treatment of cervical cancer among rural women in the region, thereby improving the coverage rate of early detection and treatment of cervical cancer in the region and reducing the morbidity and mortality rates;data mining was conducted on the Chinese medicine formulas collected for the treatment of cervical cancer to explore The study will provide an objective basis for further guidance on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer and clinical research on the treatment of cervical cancer in Chinese medicine. Methods: 1.Cervical cancer screening data were retrospectively collected from a total of 34,523 rural women aged 35-64 years in selected counties in a northwestern region from 2015-2019.the data collected included the basic information, gynecological examination results,thin-layer liquidbased cytology tests and pathological diagnosis results of colposcopic cervical tissue biopsies of the women who participated in the screening, etc.statistical methods were used to describe the count data expressed as percentages(%),to conduct The differences between two sample rates and multiple sample rates were compared by chi-square test, and the influencing factors of cervical cancer were analyzed by Logistic regression.2.Based on the TCM Heritage Assist Platform(V2.5)software,the clinical research literature on TCM treatment of cervical cancer published in the Zhiwang,Wanfang and Wipu databases from January 1980 to April 2022,as well as the Dictionary of Tumor Formulas and the Complete Book of Good Tumor Formulas The TCM prescriptions for cervical cancer collected from the database of Zhiwang,Wanfang and Wipu from January 1980 to April 2022,as well as the Dictionary of Tumor Prescriptions and the Complete Book of Tumor Prescriptions, were entered into the platform, and the results of statistical analysis and data mining were analyzed by using the functions of "data analysis" and "statistical report" in the system, such as frequency analysis, association rule analysis and cluster analysis. Results: Study 1:(1)This study screened 34,523 rural women aged 35-64 years in selected counties in the northwest from 2015-2019,with an average age of 46.40 ± 6.92 years, and the detection rate of gynecological diseases among rural women in selected counties in the northwest was 40.6%,including 51.9% in the eastern region,59.9% in the southern region,and17.9% in the northern region. The highest detected gynecological diseases were mucopurulent cervicitis, bacterial vaginitis, vulvovaginal pseudomycosis and trichomoniasis.(2)2415 cases were detected positive for HPV in this screening, with an infection rate of 7.0%.univariate analysis of HPV infection showed that HPV infection was associated with region, year, age, literacy, and whether or not they had gynecological diseases, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).(3)The detection rate of cervical cancer in this survey was 20.28/100,000,and the detection rate of precancerous lesions was 196.97/100,000,with an overall early diagnosis rate of 93.33%.The analysis showed that cervical cancer and precancerous lesions among rural women in this area were related to region, education level,HPV infection and whether they had gynecological diseases, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Study 2:(1)A total of 326 prescriptions involving a total of 347 Chinese herbal medicines were included in this study,of which the top 10 most frequently used herbal medicines were Danggui(Angelicae sinensis radix),Fuling [Poria cocos(Schw.)Wol],Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma),Huangqi(Astragali radix),Dangshen(Codonopsis radix),Baihuasheshecao(Hedyotis diffusa),Banzhilian(Scutellaria barb ata),Baishao(Radix paeoniae albe),and Yiyiren(Semen coicis). The medicinal properties of the formulae for the treatment of cervical cancer in TCM are mainly cold, warm and flat, and the medicinal flavors are mainly sweet, bitter and pungent, and the main meridians are liver, spleen, stomach, lung and heart.(2)The association rule analysis of the 326 first grouped prescriptions for cervical cancer in TCM can get 20 commonly used drug combinations, such as Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.)-Fuling [Poria cocos(Schw.)Wol],Dangshen(Codonopsis radix)-Huangqi(Astragali radix),etc.;14 drug patterns with confidence level of 0.6 or higher are obtained, such as Danggui(Angelicae sinensis radix)+ Fuling [Poria cocos(Schw.)Wol]+Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.),Huangqi(Astragali radix)+ Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.)+Dangshen(Codonopsis radix),etc.(3)Cluster analysis yielded 22 core drug combinations and 11 therapeutic prescriptions. Conclusion(s): 1.The detection rate of precancerous lesions among rural women in some counties in northwest China was 196.97/100,000,which was higher than that in other regions of China, suggesting that there is still a need to strengthen cervical cancer screening and prevention in the region in the future to further reduce the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer.2.The overall early diagnosis rate of cervical cancer in the region was 93.33%,and was 100% in 2018 and 2019.This indicates that the cervical cancer screening and promotion efforts in the region have been effective in recent years.3.The high-frequency drugs used in Chinese medicine to treat cervical cancer are Danggui(Angelicae sinensis radix),Fuling [Poria cocos(Schw.)Wol],Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma),Huangqi(Astragali radix),Dangshen(Codonopsis radix),Baihuasheshecao(Hedyotis diffusa),Banzhilian(Scutellaria barb ata),Baishao(Radix paeoniae albe),and Yiyiren(Semen coicis),among which the most frequently used is Danggui(Angelicae sinensis radix).Chinese medicine for cervical cancer is mainly cold in nature, sweet in taste, and liver meridian in general.4.The clinical evidence of cervical cancer includes Qi and Yin deficiency, dampness, heat and stasis, liver and kidney deficiency, liver depression and qi stagnation, etc. The treatment should support the positive and drive away the evil.Chinese medicine treatment is often used to benefit qi and nourish yin, clear heat and detoxify toxins, activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis, tonify qi and blood, and dredge liver and qi.
