Study On The Relationship Between The Prescription Of Zhuye Shigao Decoction Based On The Association Rule Of Medical Cases

Objective: Through literature retrieval,the relevant medical cases of Zhuye Shigao Decoction were collected and sorted out.Frequency statistics and data mining technology,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were used to dig out the indications,the association rules between symptoms and signs,the association rules between drugs,the association rules between drugs and symptoms and the clustering relationship between drugs.To summarize the prescription,drug rules and drug compatibility of Zhuye Shigao Decoction,so as to provide reference and basis for the clinical application of Zhuye Shigao Decoction.Methods: The databases of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,China Biology Medicine Literature and Duxiu were searched from the establishment of the database to 2022,and the famous medical cases were screened.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,a total of 452 cases were screened,and the Micrsoft Excel database was established.The basic information,symptoms,drugs and other data of medical records were standardized.Frequency statistics,association rules,cluster analysis and other data mining techniques were used to mine and analyze the diseases,symptoms,signs,prescriptions and so on in medical records.Results: 1.The ratio of male to female in medical records was 1.2:1,with 235 males and 207 females.In terms of age,the youngest was 5 months and the oldest was 92 years old.The disease can occur at all ages,and the distribution trend is mostly concentrated in young adults aged 21-60 years,but the number of children aged 0-10 years is the largest.2.There were 76 kinds of TCM diseases involved in the medical cases,among which the common diseases were fever,stomatitis,hiccup,cough,heat heat,wasting-and-thirst,measles,vomiting and cold.There were 76 kinds of western medicine diseases involved,with 209 disease names,among which pneumonia,diabetes mellitus and viral myocarditis were the most common.3.In terms of symptoms and signs,there were 216 kinds of symptoms involved,mainly fever,thirst,upset,loss of appetite,dry mouth,fatigue,constipation,fatigue,sweating,yellow urine,nausea and vomiting,cough,etc.On the tongue,red tongue,yellow tongue,thin tongue,dry tongue,little tongue,white tongue,greasy tongue,etc.;on the pulse,pulse number,pulse fine,pulse string,pulse smooth,pulse deficiency,etc.4.The high frequency dosage of the original prescription is 10 g of Zhuye,30 g of Shigao,10 g of ginseng(15g of Codonopsis ginseng),15 g of ophiopogon japonica,10 g of Pinellia pinellia,6g of licorice and 15 g of japonica rice.There were 40 kinds of common compatible drugs,such as Codonopsis radix,Radix salviae radix,Radix pseudostellariae radix,Radix anemarrhenae rhizoma,Radix trichosanthin,etc.The common compatible categories were heat-clearing drugs,tone-deficiency drugs,surface drugs,and phlegm drugs.5.In terms of association rules,the highest association between symptoms was sputum and cough;In addition,the characteristics of Radix prodromatosis used in the treatment of spleen deficiency and body fatigue,weakness after disease,and deficiency of qi and Yin are consistent with the pathogenesis of Zhuye Shigao decoction,which has a strong correlation between the drug correlations.Among the correlations of compatible drugs,oyster and Keel had the highest degree of improvement,while tempeh and Gardeniae fructus had the highest confidence.Among the association rules of compatible drugs and symptoms,persimmon pedicle and hiccup had the highest correlation intensity.6.In the cluster analysis of common drug compatibility,the common drug compatibility was divided into 10 types of indications,listed as A1 syndrome of exogenous residual heat,qi Yin injury;A2 stomach qi weakness,deficiency heat and body fluid injury;A3 phlegm and fluid accumulation,lung heat loss,etc.Conclusion(s): 1.This study found that there was no significant difference between male and female patients in the medical cases of Zhuye gypsum decoction;Children have the largest number of cases,and the overall trend is mainly in young adults.2.Zhuye Shigao Decoction is widely used in the treatment of diseases in both traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine,including both internal and external women and children,which has reflected the characteristics of treating different diseases simultaneously.In TCM,the diseases of qi,blood,body fluid,spleen and stomach,ENT and lung system are more common,while in western medicine,the diseases of respiratory system,nervous system,endocrine system and ENT are more common.3.The common clinical symptoms of Zhuye Shigao decoction were fever,thirst,upset,loss of appetite,dry mouth,fatigue,constipation,fatigue,sweating,yellow urine,nausea and vomiting,and cough.The common clinical manifestations of tongue and pulse are red tongue,yellow fur,thin fur,dry fur,less fur,number of pulses,and thin pulses.4.The common dosage of the original recipe is Zhuye 10 g,Shigao 30 g,ginseng 10g(Codonopsis ginseng 15g),ophiopogon japonica 15 g,Pinellia pinellia 10 g,licorice 6g,japonica rice 15 g.The common compatibility is Codonopsis,Radix salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix pseudostellariae,raw rehmannia,etc.The commonly used types of compatible drugs in clinical practice are heat-clearing drugs and tonifying drugs.5.For the compatibility relationship,when hiccup occurs,persimmon peduncles can be compatible;When cough occurs,fritillaria fritillaris can be used;When insomnia occurs,jujube seed is compatible;When constipation occurs,moutan peel,anemarrhena anemarrhena,etc.The cluster of commonly used compatible drugs can be divided into 10 types of indications,namely A1 syndrome of exogenous residual heat,qi and Yin injury;A2 stomach qi weakness,deficiency heat and body fluid injury;A3 phlegm and fluid accumulation,loss of lung heat;A4: heat stasis,Yin fluid consumption;A5heat toxin and blood stasis lung injury Yin syndrome;A6 stomach qi weakness,Yin deficiency and fire Wang syndrome;A7: pyrogenic deficiency cold,liver wood by soil,qi and fluid injury;A8,spleen deficiency and dampness,phlegm and drink heat syndrome;A9 spleen and stomach weakness and blood stasis,qi and fluid injury syndrome;A10 Spleen deficiency and dyspepsia,qi and fluid injury syndrome.6.The main pathogenesis of Zhuye Shigao Decoction syndrome is deficiency of both qi and Yin,and residual heat is not clear.The spleen and stomach are weak,and the pathogenic heat is reversed.Phlegm and drink stop gathering,qi against Jin injury.
