Objective:This study focuses on the post-graduation education stage of public health physicians in the context of the development of the integration of medicine and prevention,and explores the deficiencies of the training education system and content mode of public health physicians in the process of the integration of medicine and prevention,screens the key points of clinical knowledge and skills according to the expert consultation results,and identifies the direction of strengthening the training of clinical knowledge and skills in public health,which provides suggestions and references for the country to promote the process of medical and prevention integration faster and better.Methods:Through literature review and personal interviews with experts,the construction status of clinic-related knowledge and skill key points system in the standardized training of public health physicians at home and abroad was compared and analyzed.Delphi consulting method was used to evaluate and screen the database of clinical knowledge and skill points.Results:After two rounds of expert consultation,74 clinical training indicators meeting the screening criteria of expert evaluation opinions were selected from 180 knowledge and skill key points in the index database initially established,including five dimensions:"emergency first aid","diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases","hospital infection prevention and control","diagnosis and treatment of internal diseases" and"diagnosis and treatment of diseases of women and children".The final index database of clinical knowledge and skills key points for standardized clinical training of public health physicians was formed.Conclusions:Through expert evaluation and screening,this study further clarified the key points of clinical knowledge and skills suitable for strengthening the training of public health physicians,screened out the professional and inoperable indicators,and further formed the guidance of knowledge and skills training that can comprehensively improve the competency of clinical posts of public health physicians.It can provide reference for health administration departments,disease prevention and control institutions,and industry associations to develop or improve the content of training programs related to public health physicians.When formulating specific training programs,it is suggested to select key points according to the training duration,characteristics of training subjects and objects.
