| Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of gout Li’an capsules in the treatment of the chronic phase of gout,the clinical scheme of Zhuang Medical Therapy for the chronic phase of gout was further improved and optimized.Methods: The data collection were from the chronic stage of gout who visited the inpatient and outpatient departments of the Department of Rheumatology of Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital from January 2022～March2023.According to the order of visits,the 64 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a study group and a control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with febuxostat tablets,and the research group was treated with gout Li’an capsules on the basis of the former,and the treatment course of both groups was 14 days,and the two groups of pain VAS score,joint pain,swelling score,joint function grade,Zhuang medical syndrome score,laboratory indicators(C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),blood uric acid(UA),blood white blood cell count(WBC)and safety-related indicators(ALT,AST,BUN,SCR,WBC)were recorded before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of two groups was analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of gout Li’an capsules in the treatment of chronic gout.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in general data such as age,sex and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)After treatment,the total effective rates of the two groups were 78.125% in the control group and 93.750% in the observation group,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group.(3)There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of pain VAS score,syndrome score,joint pain,swelling score and joint function grade before treatment,and the intra-group comparison of the observation group after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the patient improved after treatment.After treatment,the control group was compared within the group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the observation group had a better effect than the control group.(4)In terms of laboratory observation indicators ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),and blood uric acid(UA),there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,and the difference within the group after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the patients in both groups improved after treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group had a better effect than the control group.(5)In terms of comparison of safety indicators,the WBC,BUN,AST and ALT before and after treatment were compared within the group,and the results showed P>0.05,and the results showed that there was no difference before and after treatment.The results showed <that there was a statistical difference between SCr before and after treatment,and both groups could reduce SCr in patients,and then the results showed that P<0.05 was compared between the two groups,indicating that there was a statistical difference between the two groups of SCr after treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group.It shows that combination therapy can better improve kidney function damage than simple Western medicine and play a certain role in protecting the kidney.Conclusion(s):(1)Compared with the western medicine group,the observation group of gout Li’an capsules combined with febuxostat tablets can better improve the pain VAS score,joint pain and swelling score of gout patients,indicating that gout Li’an capsules have the effect of reducing swelling and relieving pain;(2)Compared with the simple western medicine group,the observation group of gout Li’an capsules combined with febuxostat tablets can better improve the Zhuang medical syndrome score and joint function classification of gout patients,indicating that gout Li’an capsules have the effects of clearing heat and poison,dehumidifying toxins,reducing swelling and pain,and unclogging the dragon road and fire road gas machine;(3)In terms of reducing CRP,ESR and blood uric acid,there were statistical significance before and after treatment in both groups,but the treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,indicating that gout Li’an capsule had the effect of dissolving turbidity;(4)The efficacy of gout Li’an capsules combined with febuxostat tablets in the treatment of chronic phase of gout is better than that of the simple western medicine group,which provides an objective basis for improving the diagnosis and treatment plan of gout and is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
