The Clinical Observation On KuBaiWuBei Decoction In The Treatment Of Postoperative Annular Mixed Hemorrhoids With Syndrome Of Downward Diffusion Of Damp-heat

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of sitz bath with Kubaiwubei decoction in the treatment of postoperative annular mixed hemorrhoids with syndrome of downward diffusion of damp-heat.MethodsFinished the Milligan-Morgan operation,78 patients diagnosed as the annular mixed hemorrhoids with syndrome of downward diffusion of damp-heat in the Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2021,to December 31,2021,were randomly divided into treatment group（39 cases）and control group（39 cases）.The treatment group was given Kubaiwubei decoction sitz bath,and the control group was given Jinxuanzhike fumigation sitz bath.Then both groups were continuously administered for 7 days,twice a day（Half an hour before dressing change in the morning and afternoon）.The degree of anal pain,anal marginal edema and wound bleeding were observed and recorded before treatment,the 3^rdday and the 7^thday after treatment.ResultsA total of 78 patients in the two groups were included in this observation.There is no dropout cases which were excluded from the treatment group and the control group.A total of78 patients completed clinical observation and were included in the statistics.The gender,age,course of disease and the score of anal pain,anal marginal edema and wound bleeding between the two groups were analyzed before treatment.As a result,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P>0.05）.After treatment,the results were analyzed as follows:1.After 7 days of treatment,with 89.74%of the total effective rate,10 cases in the treatment group were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective and 4cases were ineffective.Similarly,with 74.36%of the total effective rate after 7 days of treatment,3 cases in the control group were cured,3 cases were markedly effective,23 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective.Compared with the total curative effect between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.And the total curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Analysis of the anal pain:On the 3^rdday of the treatment,there was no significant difference in the score of anal pain between the two groups（P>0.05）,but there was significant difference in the score of anal pain on the 7^thday of treatment（P<0.05）,and the remission of anal pain of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.3.Analysis of the anal marginal edema:On the 3^rdand 7^thday of the treatment,there was significant difference in the score of anal marginal edema between the two groups（P<0.05）,and the reduction of anal marginal edema of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.4.Analysis of the wound bleeding:On the 3^rdand 7^thday of the treatment,there was significant difference in the score of wound bleeding between the two groups（P<0.05）,and the improvement of wound bleeding of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.5.There was significant difference between the two groups in the time of wound healing after treatment（P<0.05）.The time of wound healing of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group.Conclusion1.Kubaiwubei decoction sitz bath can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of postoperative patients with annular mixed hemorrhoid with syndrome of downward diffusion of damp-heat,especially for improving the degree of anal pain,anal marginal edema,wound bleeding and shortening the time of wound healing in patients with obvious advantages,the curative effect is affirmative.2.The clinical effect of Kubaiwubei decoction sitz bath is better than that of Jinxuanzhike fumigation.It has definite clinical effect,good safety and is worthy of further promotion.
