Clinical Study On Huangdi Neizhen Combined With New Bobath Technique In The Treatment Of Hand Dysfunction After Ischemic Stroke

Objective: Based on the theory of ’ yin and yang ’ of ’ Huangdi Neijing ’,this paper discusses the principle and method of Huangdi ’s internal acupuncture,and studies the clinical efficacy of internal acupuncture combined with new Bobath technique in the treatment of hand dysfunction after ischemic stroke,so as to provide reference for more patients with hand dysfunction in Stroke Treatment Unit and promote the advantages of integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of stroke sequelae.Methods: This study screened patients with ischemic stroke hand dysfunction who met the inclusion criteria,and used SPSS 25.0 statistical software to generate a random distribution sequence.All selected patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.All patients in the two groups were given clinical basic prevention and treatment of stroke after admission.Both groups were treated with new Bobath technique rehabilitation manipulation.The treatment group was given Huangdi ’s internal acupuncture,and the specific acupoints were selected in strict accordance with the general rules of internal acupuncture and the norms of acupuncture.The treatment cycle was 2 weeks as a course of treatment,with 1 day interval per week,and 2 courses of continuous treatment.The Brunnstrom(Brunnstrom assessment of motor function BMA)staging scale,the simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment of motor recovery FMA (Fugl-Meyer assessment of motor recovery FMA)and the hemiplegic hand ability scale were used to evaluate the daily living ability of the hand in both groups,and the data were processed by SPSS25.0 statistical software.Results:1.Comparative analysis of hand BMA staging : intra-group comparison : the P values of each course of treatment in the experimental group were <0.05,while the control group was only compared before and after 4 weeks of intervention(P < 0.05),indicating that the Brunnstrom stage of the experimental group was significantly improved compared to the control group(P <0.05).Comparison between groups : After 2 courses of treatment,the motor function of the hand was improved after 2 weeks and 4weeks of treatment(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group.2.Comparative analysis of FMA score of wrist and hand : intra-group comparison : the comparison of 2 weeks and 4 weeks of intervention in the two groups of patients was P <0.05,indicating that the treatment effect of the experimental group and the control group in different intervention courses was significantly different.Comparison between groups : the motor function of wrist and hand in both groups was improved after treatment(P <0.05).The improvement of wrist and hand motor function in different intervention courses in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the improvement of wrist and hand motor function in patients with hand dysfunction after IS treated with Huangdi ’s internal acupuncture combined with new Bobath technology was better than that of new Bobath technology alone.3.Comparative analysis of hemiplegic hand ability evaluation score : intra-group comparison : the activities of daily living of hemiplegic hand in both groups were improved after treatment(P >0.05).The comparison of the two groups of patients within the group after 2 weeks of intervention and 4 weeks of intervention,the experimental group P <0.05,while the control group only after 4 weeks of intervention compared with before treatment P <0.05,indicating that the two groups have significant differences in the treatment effect of different courses of treatment,the treatment effect of the experimental group improved quickly.Comparison between groups : after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of activities of daily living of hemiplegic hands after treatment.But the experimental groupConclusion(s): For patients with hand dysfunction after IS,the improvement of hand and wrist motor function in the Huangdi Neizhen combined with the new Bobath technology intervention group was better than that in the new Bobath technology intervention group.For patients with hand dysfunction after IS,there was no significant difference in the improvement of daily living activity ability of hemiplegic hand between the intervention of Huangdi Neizhen combined with new Bobath technology and the intervention of new Bobath technology alone in the early stage of treatment.However,with the increase of treatment course,the effect of Huangdi Neizhen combined with new Bobath technology intervention was more significant.
