Effect Of HAIC Combined With Jianpi Jiedu Huayu Decoction On Immune Function And Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Middle And Advanced Liver Cancer

Objective:To explore the effect of hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy（HAIC）combined with Jianpi Jiedu Huayu Decoction on immune function and clinical efficacy observation of patients with middle and advanced stage liver cancer.Methods:80 patients with primary liver cancer of middle and advanced stage with spleen deficiency and toxin and blood stasis were divided into control group and treatment group with 40 cases each.The control group was given simple HAIC treatment,and the treatment group began to take Jianpi Jiedu Huayu Decoction on the first day after HAIC treatment,one dose per day,half an hour after meals twice in the morning and evening,for 28 days.Compare the changes of immune function and clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,and make statistics and analysis of the results.Results:（1）.IGF-Ⅱ,TGF-β₁,IL-10 and AFP values in the treatment group and the control group were significantly decreased on the 7th and 28th day after HAIC treatment compared with the first day after admission,and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group,with statistical significance（P<0.05）.（2）.The values of TBIL,ALT and AST in the first day and the third day in the treatment group and the control group showed a gradual increasing trend,while the values of ALB showed a gradual decreasing trend,and the increases of ALT and AST in the control group were more significant on the third day,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference between TBIL and ALB in the same period（P>0.05）.On the 7th and28th day after HAIC treatment,the values of TBIL,ALT and AST in the treatment and control groups were decreased compared with the 3rd day after the HAIC treatment,and the values of ALB were increased compared with the 3rd day after the HAIC treatment,which was statistically significant（P<0.05）.（3）.On the first day after HAIC treatment,TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group and the control group were significantly higher than those on the first day after admission,but there was no statistical significance between the groups at the same period（P>0.05）.Compared with the first day after HAIC treatment,TCM symptom scores in 2 groups were significantly decreased on the7th and 28th day after HAIC treatment,and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group,with statistical significance（P<0.05）.（4）.Efficacy of solid tumors:After 28days of HAIC treatment,the effective rate of solid tumor was significantly different between the treatment group and the control group（56.41%vs 32.50%）（P<0.05）,and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusions:（1）.HAIC combined with Jianpi Jiedu Huayu Decoction can effectively reduce the levels of IGF-Ⅱ,TGF-β₁,IL-10 and AFP,and improve the immune capacity of patients with middle and advanced liver cancer.It can effectively reduce the level of ALT,AST and TBIL,increase the level of ALB,and significantly improve the liver function of patients.It can improve the effective rate of solid tumor;improve patients’TCM symptoms and increase the total curative effect of TCM.（2）.HAIC combined with Jianpi Jiedu Huayu Decoction has more advantages than simple HAIC treatment in immune function and clinical efficacy in patients with middle and advanced liver cancer.
