| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of multifunctional laser optoelectronic platform combined with low dose doxycycline in the treatment of rosacea.Methods:56 patients with rosacea who were definitely diagnosed in the General Hospital of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation from October 2021 to December2022 were prospectively selected as the study subjects,including 24 patients in the observation group and 32 patients in the control group.The patients of the control group were treated with doxycycline and recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel;The observation group was treated with multifunctional laser photoelectric platform.Subjective symptom scores,objective symptom scores,IGA scores(Investigator’s Global Assessment),clinical efficacy,quality of life and adverse reactions wererecorded before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment.Results :(1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of paroxysmal flushing,telangiectasia,persistent erythema and papule and pustule between the observation group and the control group(all P>0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of paroxysmal flushing,persistent erythema,papule and pustule in the observation group and control group and the score of capillary dilation in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the scores of paroxysmal flushing,persistent erythema and capillary dilation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05);After 8weeks of treatment,the scores of paroxysmal flushing,persistent erythema,papule and pustule in the observation group and control group and the score of capillary dilation in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and 4 weeks of treatment(all P<0.05),and the scores of paroxysmal flushing,persistent erythema and capillary dilation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the score of papule and pustule between the two groups after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment(all P>0.05).(2)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of papule/pustule,telangiectasia and erythema between the observation group and the control group(all P>0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of papule/pustule and erythema in the observation group and control group and the scores of capillary dilation in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the scores of capillary dilation and erythema in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05);After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of papule/pustule,erythema and telangiectasia in the observation group and control group were significantly lower than those before treatment and 4 weeks of treatment(all P<0.05),and the scores of erythema and telangiectasia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the score of papule and pustule between the two groups after 4 and 8weeks of treatment(all P>0.05).(3)Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the scores of stinging,burning,dry tightness and itching(all P>0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of pricking,burning,dry tightness and itching in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores of pricking,burning,dry tightness and itching in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05);After 8weeks of treatment,the scores of pricking pain,burning heat,dry tightness and itching in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment and 4 weeks of treatment,and the scores of pricking pain,burning heat,dry tightness and itching in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).(4)After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was83.33%,which was higher than that in the control group 62.50%(P<0.05);After 8weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 75.00% in the control group(P<0.05).(5)Before treatment,the quality of life score of patients in the observation group was(60.41±5.37)points,while that of patients in the control group was(59.32±5.69)points,with no significant difference(P>0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment,the score of quality of life in the observation group was(36.53±4.12),which was lower than that in the control group(42.13±4.39)(P<0.05);After 8 weeks of treatment,the quality of life score of patients in the observation group was(26.50±3.51),which was lower than that of patients in the control group(31.26±4.10)(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)Multi-functional laser optoelectronic platform combined with small dose of doxycycline can significantly relieve the subjective and objective symptoms of rosacea patients;(2)Compared with doxycycline alone,multifunctional laser optoelectronic platform combined with low-dose doxycycline oral treatment can improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients,and the treatment safety is higher. |
