Study On Clinical Efficacy Of Photodynamic Therapy Combined With Doxycycline For Treatment Of Perifolliculitis Capitis Abscedens Et Suffodienss

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of 10% 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)by comparing the efficacy of photodynamic therapy combined with doxycycline and doxycycline alone in the treatment of PCAS effectiveness and safety.Methods:Forty patients with PCAS collected were randomly divided into combination group(n = 20)and control group(n = 20)according to the inclusion criteria.The control group:to take hydrochloric acid doxycycline enteric-coated capsules 0.1g / times,2 times / day,taking 30 consecutive days.Combination therapy group: taking doxycyclin hydrochloride enteric-coated capsules,the same method with the control group,and at the same time to ALA-PDT treatment,every 10 days,3 times.The two groups were treated with 30 days as a course of treatment,respectively,in the first 10,20,30 days to determine the efficacy and record adverse reactions,and after the end of treatment in January and February follow-up.Results:There was no significant difference in the baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05)between the Sartorius scores of the 10 th,20th and 30 th day of treatment.(P> 0.05).The effective rate of the combined treatment group was 31.6% and 51.9% in the treatment group at the 20 th and 30 th day respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P> 0.05)(P<0.05).In the control group,the effective rate was 5% and 20% in the control group at 20 and 30 days respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05)The effective rates were 63.2% and 84.2%,respectively.The total effective rate of the control group was 20.0% and 50% on the 10 th and 20 th day of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05)The total effective rate of the two groups was 100%,95%,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Photodynamic therapy PCAS adverse reactions mainly manifested as edema erythema,burning sensation,itching,pigmentation,etc.,no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:PDT combined with doxycycline and single use of doxycycline treatment of PCAS have a good effect.Combined treatment of good efficacy,can significantly improve the treatment of patients with significant efficiency.10% ALA-PDT treatment of PCAS adverse reactions.
