| ObjectiveTo investigate the current situations of the nursing outcomes for the patients after operation of cerebral hemorrhage and to analyse the influence factors. In order to make foundations for accurate and effective interventions, improving the nursing outcomes and living quality of these patients.Methods1.By convenient sampling,180 patients after operation of cerebral hemorrhage from two tertiary A-level hospital in Dalian were recruited into this study from March to October in 2021.General information scale, activities of daily life(ADL)scale,Connor—Davidson resilience scale(CD—RISC),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HAD),Nursing Outcomes Scale were used for the investigation for patients after operation of cerebral hemorrhage.2.SPSS 25.0 were used for the analysis of data.Categorical variables were expressed as frequencies or percentages.Continuous variables with standard normal distribution were reported as mean ± standard deviation, and differences of nursing outcomes of each patient were analyzed using the student t test.Correlation of nursing outcomes and ADL,CD—RISC and HAD were also analysed.Univariate analysis and multivariate linear regression were used to confirm the factors which would affect nursing outcomes of these patients.Results1.In this study,a total of 180 questionnaires were sent out and 158 were returned with a recovery rate of 87.78%.The mean age of the enrolled patients was(56.38±12.24)years.Among them,91 were males(57.59%)and 67 females(42.41%).2.The total score of nursing outcomes of these patients was 123.13±6.93.The total score of functional health was 11.04±1.06,score of physical health was54.44±1.98,score of psychosocial health was 21.49±2.03,score of health and behavior knowledge was 21.06±1.52,and 15.10±1.48 in perceived health.ADL score was 67.88±11.75,CD—RISC score was 58.11±7.85.HAD score includes the depression score was 7.08±2.95 and the anxiety score was 7.24±3.68.3.Univariate analysis showed that age, marital status, education, residence, medical insurance, employment, blood loss, hemiplegia, complications after operation were significantly related to the total score of nursing outcomes(P<0.05).4.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of nursing outcomes was positively correlated to CD—RISC(r=0.672,P<0.01)and ADL(r=0.783,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with depression score(r=-0.409,P<0.01)and anxiety score(r=-0.696,P<0.01).5.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the factors which affect nursing outcomes of these patients included age、 hemiplegia、ADL score、depression score、anxiety score.(R2=0.690 and R2=0.667 after adjustment,F=55.888,P<0.001)Conclusions1.The nursing outcome of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation is at a medium to high level.2.There were multiple factors which may affect nursing outcomes, including age, hemiplegia, complications after operation,ADL,depression and anxiety.Among them,ADL was a protective factor for nursing outcomes, while depression and anxiety was a risk factor for nursing outcomes.3.Medical team should make guidance of physical exercise for patients after operation of cerebral hemorrhage as soon as possible, improved the ability of living independently. Moreover, medical team should strengthen the psychological intervention of these patients, improve the mental resilience, reduce the patients’ anxiety and depression, improve the living quality of these patients physically and psychologically, and also improve the nursing outcomes. |
