Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis By Warming Meridian,Dispelling Cold,Replenishing Qi And Invigorating Spleen

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety index of warming meridians,dispersing cold,invigorating qi and invigorating spleen in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patients based on the concept of seeking the root of the disease in traditional Chinese medicine,analyze the principle and prescription of warming meridians,dispersing cold,invigorating qi and invigorating spleen in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,and observe its effect on clinical remission.Methods:A total of 64 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of the type of cold-dampness obstruction and spleen and stomach weakness who met the inclusion criteria and were diagnosed and treated in the department of gynaecology from June 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 patients and the control group of 30 patients.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in gender,age and disease condition(P>0.05).Control group:oral methotrexate 7.5mg qw,folic acid 10mg qw,leflunomide l0mg qd,losoprofen sodium 60mg tid,omeprazole 20mg qd.On the basis of the treatment in the control group,the treatment group was also treated with "self made prescription for warming meridians,dispersing cold,removing dampness and strengthening spleen".Obtain the medical indicators of patients such as erythrocyte sedimentation rate,three items of rheumatism,immunoglobulin quantification,anti-CCP,TCM syndrome score,clinical observation indicators of western medicine,and analyze and compare the differences of various indicators between groups and the changes of various indicators before and after the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the correlation between the differences and changes.Results:1.Symptoms:Compare the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group.After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the symptoms of joint pain,joint swelling,lack of power and food,aversion to wind and cold,belching and acid swallowing,loose stool,warm stomach,warm stomach,warm limbs,poor flexion and extension,and cold joint pain(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group;After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the symptoms of shortness of breath,lazy speech,stomachache or fullness of stomach(P>0.05).2.TCM syndrome effect:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 46.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Western medicine clinical observation index:after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in DAS and HAQ scores between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the number of swollen joints,pain VAS score and tenderness joints between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).4.Laboratory indicators:The difference of CRP and ESR anti-CCP between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.There was no significant difference in RF and IgG(P>0.05).5.Safety evaluation:there was 1 case of adverse reaction in the treatment group,and the adverse reaction rate was 0.03%.There was 1 case of adverse reaction in the control group,and the adverse reaction rate was 0.03%.After treatment,the symptoms disappeared and the test was completed.Conclusion:The self-prepared prescription for warming meridians,dispersing cold,removing dampness and strengthening the spleen can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score of rheumatoid arthritis with cold-dampness obstruction syndrome and spleen and stomach weakness,clinical observation indexes of western medicine,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,three items of rheumatism,quantitative immunoglobulin and anti-CCP,improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients,which is stronger than the control group,has no effect on liver and kidney function,and has good safety.
