The Study On The Medication Regularity Of Classic Prescription In Chronic Heart Failure Based On Modern Literature

Objective: To systematize the application of classic prescription in the treatment of chronic heart failure based on the modern literature system,and to analyze and summarize the medication rules of modern doctors using classic prescription in the treatment of chronic heart failure,in order to provide reference for the clinical medication of chronic heart failure.Methods: China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database(WANFANG)and Weipu database(VIP)were used as the main search sources to collect the literature that met the inclusion criteria,extract the relevant information of the literature,and input it into the database for statistical analysis.Results:1.General information of literature: A total of 386 valid literature articles were included after screening.According to the statistics of literature years,the number of literatures related to the treatment of chronic heart failure by classic prescriptions increased year by year,especially after 2010,showing a rapid growth trend.2.Application distribution of the prescription: There are 386 effective literatures,involving 38 classic prescriptions.The prescriptions with the effect of warming Yang,tonifying Qi and benefiting water occupied the dominant position,among which Zhenwu Decoction was the most frequently used,and 7 prescriptions were used more than 10 times,namely Zhenwu Decoction,Wuling Powder,Lingguizhugan Decoction,Sini Decoction,Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction,Zhigancao Decoction and Mufangji Decoction.3.Medication regularity of high-frequency prescription: To analyze the flavored medicine of high-frequency prescriptions that were used more than10 times.In drug classification analysis,Zhenwu Decoction and Sini Decoction were more combined with tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and regulating water and dampness;Wuling Powder,Lingguizhugan Decoction were more combined with tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and dissipating blood stasis,and warming inside;Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction and Mufangji Decoction were more combined with tonifying deficiency,regulating water and dampness;Zhigancao Decoction was more combined with tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.In terms of drug properties,apart from Wuling Powder and Sini Decoction,cold drugs were the majority,and the other prescriptions were warm drugs.In terms of medicinal taste,the flavored drugs of seven prescriptions were mainly acrid,sweet and bitter.In the aspect of meridian tropism,in addition to flavored drugs of Wuling Powder returned mainly to the lung,spleen,liver meridian,flavored drugs of Sini Decoction returned mainly to the heart,lung,kidney meridian,flavored drugs of Zhigancao Decoction belonged mainly to the heart,liver meridian,other prescriptions’ flavored medicine returned mainly to the heart,spleen,lung meridian.Conclusion:1.The effect of classic prescription in the treatment of chronic heart failure had gradually attracted the attention of modern doctors,and the number of relevant literatures has increased year by year.2.In modern literature,the classic prescriptions with the effects of warming Yang and improving Qi and benefiting water were more commonly used to treat chronic heart failure,among Zhenwu Decoction was the most frequently used,and Wuling Powder,Lingguizhugan Decoction,Sini Decoction,Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction,Zhigancao Decoction and Mufangji Decoction were also higher frequency used.3.Modern doctors often paid attention to the combination of syndrome,symptom and tongue and pulse when applying classic prescriptions to treat chronic heart failure.They usually started with the pathogenesis of weakness of Yang and stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis,acrid and sweet herbs were used to relieve Yang,bitter herbs are often combined with tonics drugs to recovery Qi engine,and drugs for promoting diuresis and eliminating dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were mainly added,so that pathogenic factors could be eliminated and the disease could be cured.4.The tutor applied classic prescriptions to treat chronic heart failure,and the effect was remarkable.
