Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Longhuai Zhixue Decoction on postoperative bleeding of damp-heat mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: 60 patients meeting the criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional postoperative treatment, and were given 0.9% sodium chloride injection and Puji hemorrhoid suppositories;the experimental group was given oral Longhuai Zhixue decoction, while the control group was not given any other drugs that might affect this experiment. The score of stool blood, oozing blood, pain, mucosal surface condition and wound healing time of the two groups were observed at the time of enrollment and the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after treatment, and the score changes and efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in age, gender, course of disease and other general data between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable. The bleeding relief and mucosal surface recovery on the 7th and 14 th day of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05),the pain relief degree on the3 th,7th and 14 th day of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05),and the wound healing time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: On the basis of conventional treatment, oral Longhuai Zhixue decoction can significantly improve the curative effect, relieve postoperative pain and shorten the wound healing time in the treatment of postoperative bleeding of damp-heat mixed hemorrhoids. |
