Objective:To observe the curative effect of Thorn blood therapy and Traditional chinese medicine facial mask treating acne, so that we can obtain a clinical basis of the thorn blood therapy and traditional Chinese medicine facial mask for the treatment of acne.Methods:This study adopt random positive control and self-control method,. sixty patients of acne are randomly divided into treatment group (Thorn blood therapy and Traditional Chinese medicine facial mask method) and the control group (Oral tan capsule combined with Topical Adapalene gel). Treatment group has thirty cases. First, we do thorn blood therapy. Second, traditional Chinese medicine facial mask should be done. All of the above treatment can be done for two times a week. And the rest of the time we can use Chinese traditional medicine mask with warm water to daub on the skin for twenty minutes. Then our face should be cleaned for once a day. The control group has thirty cases. Take the tan capsule for three times a day and four tablet each time in previous four weeks. Take the tan capsule for three times a day and three pills each time in later four weeks. And we need apply Adapalene gel to daub on the skin before sleeping. Four weeks are a period of treatment. Between the two courses the patients can rest for three days. Before treatment, first period of treatment, second period of treatment, we use Global Acne Grading System (GAGS) to calculate skin lesion integral. The skin lesion fading rate is used to be as an evaluation standard clinical curative effect and do the statistical analysis of the clinical efficacy. The dermatology life quality index (DLQI) is used to evaluate the impact on the quality of life of patients with acne. We should do the statistical analysis of the clinical curative effect, record adverse reaction and fall off cases and use three months of follow-up.after treatment.Results:After one course of treatment, the effective rate was72.41%of treatment group, compared with53.57%of control group (P>0.05).The lesion scores and quality of life points of the skin of the two groups were significantly lower compared with the previous (P<0.05) after the treatment. The comparison of the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05) in points dropped. After two courses of treatment, the effective rate was72.41%of treatment group, compared with53.57%of control group (P<0.05). It could improve the quality of life points of the skin and was worthy of popularization and application.
