Clinical Study Of Qingxin Shushen Decoction In Treating Coronary Heart Disease With Anxiety (Syndrome Of Heat Toxin And Blood Stasis)

Objective: Guided by the theory and practice of traditional Chinese medicine and based on the routine treatment of western medicine,observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingxin Shushen Formula in the treatment of coronary heart disease(unstable angina pectoris)with anxiety due to heat toxin and blood stasis,and provide new theoretical basis and treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease "double heart abnormality".Methods: In this study,62 patients with coronary heart disease of heat toxin and blood stasis combined with anxiety were divided into observation group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases)by the random number table method.Two patients fell out during the study(due to personal reasons),and 60 patients were finally analyzed.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Qingxin Shushen Formula.The observation course was 4 weeks.GAD-7 score,angina score,TCM syndrome score,blood lipid level and other relevant laboratory test indicators were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the safety and adverse reactions were observed.Results: 1.GAD-7 score,angina pectoris score,and TCM syndrome score: There are statistical differences between the two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05.The effect of the observation group is more effective than that of the control group.2.Blood lipid level: There was no statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment,except for high-density lipoprotein in the control group,P=0.252.The other indexes had statistical difference(P<0.05);Comparison between groups after treatment,P<0.05,showed that the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.3.CRP,fibrinogen: There was a statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05;There was a statistical difference between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.4.Safety index: no obvious abnormality,good safety.Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine decoction Qingxin Shushen Decoction combined with western medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety due to heat toxicity and blood stasis.It can improve the incidence of angina pectoris,anxiety and related symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the level of blood lipids,reduce inflammatory factors and fibrinogen,and has relatively good safety.
