Based On Professor Liu Rongkui’s "Lung Heat Theory" Analysis Of The Rule Of Empirical Medication For Idiopathic Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis

Purpose:The software "TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)" was used to study the medical case data of the therapy of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis based on Professor Liu Rongkui’s "Lung Heat Theory",and the dialectical thinking and medication rules of the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis were analyzed,providing reference for the clinical treatment of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Methods:The medical records of the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis in the outpatient department and ward under the guidance of "lung heat theory" in the past two years were collected,screened in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the medical records meeting the conditions were input into the database of "TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)",and the data mining method of the software was applied to study the data of the medical records.Results:Based on the theory of lung heat,77 patients were screened from medical records,most of which were male.Under the screening of inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,four syndrome types of IPF were obtained from the collected clinical cases: phlegm-heat obstructing the lung(" fire "type),lung heat-yin deficiency(" inflammation" type),wind-heat obstructing the lung(" heat "type),phlegm-blood stasis obstructing the lung(" toxic" type)."Phlegm-heat obstructing the lung was the most common type,followed by "lung heat-yin deficiency" type.Based on the "Lung Heat Theory",the main drugs used in the treatment of IPF are clearing heat,reducing phlegm and cough and antiasthma,tonifying deficiency,relieving surface,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The main drug flavors are cold and bitter.The commonly used drugs for the treatment are almond,glycyrrhizin,septicaria,radix baicalensis,Radix ossiculae,platycodon platycodon,sundried ephedrine,forsythia,honeysuckle and loquat leaves,which are mainly attributed to the lung channel.The second is stomach,heart,liver,large intestine and spleen channels.It is pointed out that IPF is not only in lung and should be treated according to syndrome differentiation.Phlegm-heat obstructing lung IPF clinical symptoms are accompanied by yellow phlegm and chest distress in addition to cough,dyspnea and dyspnea.Tongue images are mainly red tongue,yellow moss and rich moss,while pulse images are mainly number and smooth number.The core drug combination is scutellaria,mulberry white bark,ground bone bark,thunbus fritillary,lonicerae japonica,forsythia,licorice,almond,platycoda platycoda,traditional Chinese medicine,which has the effect of clearing heat and phlegm,relieving cough and asthma.The clinical symptoms of lung heat-yin deficiency IPF are mainly cough,dyspnea,fatigue,shortness of breath and phlegm.The tongue images are mainly red tongue,less moss and cracked tongue.The pulse images are fine and numerous.In addition to cough,dyspnea,dry pharynx,chest tightness and sore pharynx,the clinical manifestations of wind-heat induced pulmonary IPF include cough,dyspnea and so on.The tongue is thin yellow,red and light red,and the pulse is mainly the pulse number.The core drug combination is almond,mulberry leaf,chrysanthemum,platycodon,licorice,Nepeta,parsnip,burdock,Thunberg fritillary,forsythia,which has the effect of thinning wind and clearing heat,relieving cough and relieving asthma.The clinical manifestations of phlegm-stasis IPF are cough,dyspnea,shortness of breath,yellow phlegm,and chest pain.The main tongue is purple and the pulse is string.The core medicine combination is Taoren,tangerine peel,platycodon,scutellaria,ligusticum Chuanxiong,dracontium var.nemorosa,pinellia var.leizi and salvia miltiorrhiza,which have the effect of clearing heat and eliminating phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Conclusion:The main manifestations of IPF clinical symptoms,tongue and pulse were obtained based on the statistical case data of TCM inheritance assistance platform(V2.5).Based on the theories of qi and blood differentiation,eight steel differentiation and superficial and internal differentiation,the tutor put forward the "lung heat theory".Based on the statistics,the syndrome differentiation was classified as phlegm-heat obstructing lung type in the first place,lung heat-yin deficiency in the second place,and tongue and pulse combination as evidence.By using the entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm,24 hierarchical clustering drug combinations and 12 candidate new prescriptions were obtained to provide medication ideas for IPF treatment.
