Based On The TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform,the Medication Rules Of TCM Internal Treatment Of Moist Heat Containing Bullous Pemphigoids Were First Explored

Objective: To explore the medication rules of bullous pemphigoid(BP)based on the TCM inheritance assistance platform,and to provide reference for the treatment of BP in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 1.The information of four TCM diagnoses and prescription drugs of patients with humid heat and containing BP who visited the inpatient department of the Department of Dermatology of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in2018～2022 was collet aled.2.Use the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)to construct a database,and use frequency statistics,association rule analysis,complex entropy level clustering,improved mutual information method and other methods to explore the high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines,core drug combinations and new formulas of humid heat and condensed BP,combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern pharmacological analysis.The diagnosis and treatment of humid heat containing BP were summarized.Results: A total of 62 patients were enrolled,including 36 males and 26 females,with an average age of 74.226±10.319 years.A total of 62 prescriptions,involving 155 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,1.Drug analysis results: the efficacy is mainly clear heat(clear heat and dry and humid medicine,clear heat and cool blood medicine,clear heat and antidote),anti-surface class,moisture rediment(water relieving drugs,diuretic gonorrhea),deficiency replenishment,the frequency of medication ≥ 15 times is Scutellaria baicalensis(24),windproof(21),white flower snake tongue grass(21),wattle mustard(21),white fresh skin(20),poria(19),licorice(16),raw ground yellow(16),ground skin seed(16),red peony(15),Porridge(15);The four qi properties of the drug were mainly cold(48.21%)and warm(26.68%).The five flavors were mainly bitter(38.31%),sweet(30.48%),and spicy(24.92%).The main Chinese medicine meridians were stomach meridians(15.71%),lung meridians(15.66%)and liver meridians(14.30%).2.Prescription analysis results: The correlation analysis of the prescription of humid heat containing BP yielded the core drug combinations: Difuzi-white fresh skin,Hemibranched lotus-white-flowered snake tongue grass,Chuanxiong-Jingqi,Chuanxiong-windproof,Chuanxiong-Jingqiao-windproof.3.Eight core formulas were obtained by clustering of prescriptions,which were summarized into the following 3 categories:(1)clear heat and strengthen the spleen:(1)Chuanmutong-bitter ginseng-hemp seed-cardamom-talc(2)raw ground yellow-red peony-peony peel-fried tribulus terrestris-yam(3)raw gypsum-salt zhimu-fried grain buds-hemp seeds;(2)Clear heat and nourish yin:(1)white peony-tiandong-He Shou Wu-light bamboo leaves(2)bran fried citrus fruit-schisandra-fried chuan neem-goji berries;(3)Warm and yang gas:(1)Cannon attached pieces-bran fried citrus fruit-fine spices-self-defense(2)tangerine peel-burnt licorice-pink arrowroot-perilla leaves(3)codonopsis-licorice-huanglian-bellflower-poria.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine takes clear heat and moisture as the main treatment principle,and flexibly uses clear heat and strengthen the spleen,clear heat and nourish yin,and warm and yang qi drugs to distinguish and treat.
