effect.Chinese fructus schisandrae in heilongjiang province is famous for its high quality,but in the heilongjiang province Chinese fruit of Chinese magnoliavine in terms of quality standards and evaluation research,also lack of more in-depth research,and the research of quality standard of modern Chinese medicine research,especially the quality standards of Chinese drugs research also need more standard and perfect,thus improving the quality of medicinal materials of standards,to ensure the safe,effective and controllable quality and stability,has the very vital significance.This experiment was to study the Chinese schisandra fruit quality standards and evaluation of heilongjiang province,to improve its quality control.This study specific key points of research content is as follows:1.To 30 batches of heilongjiang province Chinese drugs in different areas of the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine and five provincial Chinese fructus schisandrae as the research object,establish heilongjiang province for the first time Chinese drugs of fructus schisandrae groups standard and classification standard under standard,and to grade 35 batches of fructus schisandrae medicinal materials.35 group of Chinese drugs by studying the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine under the current standards of project,found that the smaller the difference between different regions of heilongjiang province,the province and other provinces also have no obvious difference between the original region.In the "Chinese pharmacopoeia" 2020 version of the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine based on the research content,adding heavy metals and harmful elements to check the gas phase tandem mass spectrometry and tandem mass spectrometry and HPLC combined organic pesticide residues of 33 kinds of disabled.Test results are not overrun,heavy metals and harmful elements has not been disabled 33 kinds of organic pesticide residues detection,proposed to the two into the standard text.Also added to the other 6 kinds of metal elements(sodium,calcium,magnesium,nickel,chromium,vanadium),increased the study of fructus schisandrae metal elements.For further research on the content of the group standard,according to the standard of group project drew up the classification standard of the Chinese fructus schisandrae in heilongjiang province,according to the classification standard and evaluation weight of 35,a batch of schisandra medicinal materials for grade score results show that the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine jixi and basic overall quality is better,better quality,fructus schisandrae for heilongjiang province better source.2.The content of fructus schisandrae multi-targets based on method to optimize conditions and ultimately determine the appropriate preparation of test sample solution and chromatographic conditions,the simultaneous determination of fructus schisandrae alcohol armour,fructus schisandrae alcohol ethyl sheen,angelica acyl Mr M H,fructus schisandrae ester ethyl,fructus schisandrae shell element,fructus schisandrae b the six composition of lignans.Methodology for the determination of fructus schisandrae more index content inspection results is good,the six lignans components linear correlation coefficients of above 0.999,the recovery rate in 90～120%,the stability of the result is good.Based on the method for the determination of fructus schisandrae multi-targets content fructus schisandrae fingerprint is established,and the fingerprint methodology study is good,through the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fingerprint similarity evaluation system(2012 version),calculated in 35 batches of fructus schisandrae similarity above 0.9,35 of edible herbs with 9 common peak,fructus schisandrae established HPLC fingerprint can be more comprehensive quality control of fructus schisandrae medicinal materials.3.Adopt double standard linear correction method combining with DRS origin software,development in fructus schisandrae fingerprint on the basis of the analysis of the methods,in order to reduce the reference substance for the purpose of fructus schisandrae fingerprint six composition of lignans in qualitative research,predict retention time of each component.From 20 selected 16 root in the chromatographic column,set up six lignans components in fructus schisandrae chromatographic column template,and screen out the double standard of compound fructus schisandrae alcohol ethyl-the combination of fructus schisandrae shell element.Second,according to DRS origin software to determine the relative retention time and double standard linear correction method the results of two methods,the sample analysis,and the relative retention time comparison method,the double standard linear correction method has more advantages.Finally,select the two unknown validated chromatographic column on these two methods,the results showed that the two unknown chromatographic column can apply to establish chromatographic column template.The double standard linear correction method experimental study saves the experiment cost,improve the test efficiency.Has good application value.
