Clinical Observation Of Shugan Jianpi Jiedu Recipe For The Treatment Of Breast Cancer,Liver Depression,Spleen Deficiency,and Perimenopausal Syndrome

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of liver thinning,spleen-strengthening and detoxification prescription in the treatment of hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer patients with associated perimenopausal syndrome after endocrine therapy.Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,30 cases each.The control group took oryzanol while receiving endocrine therapy,and the treatment group took liver thinning and spleen detoxification prescription while receiving endocrine therapy,and both groups adhered to a healthy lifestyle during the treatment period,and psychological counseling was given if necessary.The differences of modified Kupperman score,TCM symptom score,FACT-B score and safety indexes before treatment,after 1 cycle and after 2 cycles of treatment were observed between the two groups after2 cycles,and the SPSS27.0 software was used to statistically analyze the above data.Results: A total of 58 patients were included in this study,including 29 in the treatment group and 29 in the control group.The results of the study showed that:(1)the age of enrollment of the two groups of patients,There was no statistical difference in the types of endocrine drugs taken(P>0.05),which was comparable;(2)Modified Kupperman score scale: the improved Kupperman score of the two groups decreased compared with the pre-treatment period after 2 cycles of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the decrease in the score of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10%,and the effective rate of the control group was 65.52%,The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the improved Kupperman score and effective rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);(3)TCM symptom score: the two groups had a statistically significant decrease in the medical symptoms after 2 cycles of treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.01),4 cases were cured after 2 cycles of treatment,15 cases were effective,8 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 93.10%,0 patients were cured in the control group,1 case was effective,12 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 44.83%.The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)(P0.01);(4)FACT-B:After 2 cycles of treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the physiological condition,emotional condition and functional status of the treatment group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant significance in improving social/family status and additional attention(P>0.05).In the intra-group comparison,the scores of physiological status,emotional status,functional status and additional attention in the treatment group were significantly higher than those(P<0.05),while the functional status scores of the control group were significantly higher than those in the previous group(P<0.05).(5)Safety evaluation: After treatment,there were no abnormalities in blood routine,liver and kidney function,and tumor indexes in the two groups,and no obvious adverse reactions were seen during the entire treatment process,and the safety was good.Conclusion: Liver thinning,spleen and detoxification formula can improve the symptoms related to breast cancer endocrine therapy-related perimenopausal syndrome liver depression and spleen deficiency to a certain extent,can improve the quality of life of patients,the efficacy is certain,there are no obvious adverse reactions,and the safety is good.
