Objective: In order to compare the clinical effect of qudulianyang decoction and kangfuxin solution on ulcerative rectitis of mild to moderate large intestine damp-heat type, and compare the effects of retention enema with TCM、IL-6 level and the mucosa of rectum. To explore the clinical value, safety and effectiveness of qudulianyang decoction. Methods: In this study,64 patients who met the criteria were divided into two groups by random number table: the observation group(n = 32)and the control group(n = 32).During the treatment,4 patients were excluded.Finally,30 patients in the observation group and 30 patients in the control group were established. The observation group was given qudulianyang decoction 100 ml,the control group was given kangfuxin solution 50 ml + warm boiled water 50 ml,total 100 ml.Enema with the solution warmed to 38 ° C every night before going to bed and discharged after the solution was retained for 6 to 8 hours.After8 weeks of treatment, the TCM symptoms of abdominal pain, diarrhea, purulent bloody stool, tenesmus scores and total scores,proctoscopy,IL-6 levels were observed and compared between the two groups,as well as the effective rate and safety of the two groups and the recurrence rate of follow-up 3 months after treatment.Data were analyzed by SPSS 25.00,and chi-square test,T-test,and non-parametric test were used to compare whether the two groups of data were statistically significant.Results:1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in case classification, gender, age, course of disease, proctoscopy score, total score of TCM symptoms, scores of TCM symptoms,IL-6 levels between the two groups with comparability(P>0.05).2.After treatment, the scores of abdominal pain, diarrhea, purulent bloody stool, tenesmus and total syndrome in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the qudulianyang decoction group(P<0.05).It is suggested that both drugs can improve the symptoms of abdominal pain, diarrhea, purulent bloody stool and tenesmus in patients with ulcerative rectitis, and the efficacy of the observation group is better than that of the control group. After treatment, proctoscopy scores in both groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the qudulianyang decoction group(P<0.05).It is suggested that both drugs can repair intestinal mucosal ulcer, and the efficacy of the observation group is better than that of the control group. In both groups,IL-6 levels decreased significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the qudu lianyang decoction group(P<0.05).These results suggest that both drug enema can reduce the level of inflammation, and the observation group is more effective than the control group.3.The effective rates of qudulianyang decoction and kangfuxin solution were 93.33% and 80.00%,respectively(P<0.05).The results showed that qudulianyang decoction was more effective than kangfuxin solution.4.There was no adverse reaction during the treatment. There was no significant difference in complete remission and recurrence between the two groups of during follow-up observation after 3 months(P>0.05).Conclusion: Qudulianyang decoction retention-enema is effective in the treatment of mild and moderate ulcerative rectitis of large intestine damp-heat type.It can improve the integral of TCM symptoms and the total integral, reduce the level of IL-6,and improve the situation under rectoscopy, repair of intestinal mucosa. There was no adverse reaction in the treatment. The efficacy of qudulianyang decoction was higher than kangfuxin solution.
