Effect Of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction On Gait Disorder In Patients With Cerebral Small Vessel Disease Of Kidney Qi Deficiency Type

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on patients with gait disorder of cerebral small vessel disease with kidney qi deficiency,evaluate its safety,and explore the methods and ideas of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gait disorder of cerebral small vessel disease with kidney qi deficiency.Methods: From November 2021 to November 2022,70 clinical cases of gait disorder of cerebral small vessel disease with kidney qi deficiency were collected from the outpatient department of encephalopathy of Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 2cases falling off each.Finally,66 effective cases were collected.The control group was given symptomatic and acupuncture treatment,and the observation group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction Granules on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The clinical manifestations,Tinetti balance and gait scale score,Short Physical Performance Battery scale score,Timed Up and Go scale score,improvement of TCM syndrome score and total effective rate of TCM syndrome were observed and compared between the two groups.Results: 1.Gait disorder scale evaluation: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Tinetti balance and gait scale score,Short Physical Performance Battery scale score and Timed Up and Go scale score between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,there were significant differences in the scores of Tinetti balance and gait scale,Short Physical Performance Battery scale and Timed Up and Go scale between the observation group and the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the Tinetti balance and gait scale score,Short Physical Performance Battery scale score,and Timed Up and Go scale score between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome score evaluation: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,there was a statistical difference in the TCM syndrome score between the observation group and the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 93.94 %,and that of the control group was 78.79 %.There was a difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).It is suggested that the symptoms of kidney qi deficiency and gait disorder were improved in the observation group and the control group after treatment,but Duhuo Jisheng Decoction improved the gait disorder of patients with cerebral small vessel disease with kidney qi deficiency more obviously.Conclusion: 1.Duhuo Jisheng Decoction improved the patient ’s kidney qi deficiency syndrome score,can significantly improve the patient ’s kidney qi deficiency symptoms,improve the clinical treatment of cerebral small vessel disease gait disorder kidney qi deficiency type of efficiency.2.Duhuo Jisheng Decoction can effectively improve the gait disorder symptoms of patients with cerebral small vessel disease.It is suggested that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine has significant clinical advantages in the treatment of gait disorders of cerebral small vessel disease with kidney qi deficiency,which can significantly improve the abnormal gait symptoms of patients and improve their daily living ability.
