Objective:In this study, the clinical benefit and value of the diagnosis and treatment of the bath. Methods:selected into this research standard of usen ga day case convalescent lower limb foot valgus in 87 patients,it was randomly divided into two groups, treatment group44 patients, off 4 cases, treatment group give medicine bath + conventional therapy(exercise therapy + neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment),treatment cycle for 3 weeks, each bath 30 minutes, bath five days a week.In the control group,43 patients and 3 patients lost conventional therapy(exercise therapy + neuromuscular electrical stimulation)for 3 weeks, exercise therapy 6 times a week for 30min;electrical stimulation therapy 6 times a week for 20 min. Results: The analysis summarized the effective rate: 82.5% and 72.5% in the control group. After a course of treatment, ankle muscle tension, stroke grade, balance function, and foot valgus activity(ROM)were all higher than before treatment, which were statistically significant after statistical analysis,P <0.05.bear fruit:1.ROM scale: the maximum Angle in the two groups before treatment, and the difference changed after treatment(P <0.01),and the treatment group was better.2.FMA scale: there was no statistical difference in stroke stroke scores between the two groups(P> 0.05);both groups were effective for intervention of lower limb motor dysfunction, with a statistically significant difference(P <0.05).The treatment group had a better efficacy.3.Ankle muscle tension: There was no significant difference in the ankle muscle tension before treatment(P> 0.05),while the two groups had slow efficacy in reducing muscle tension after treatment, and the treatment group had better efficacy.4.Berg scale: There was no statistical difference in balance function between treatment and control groups(P> 0.05);all observed measures were statistically significant(P <0.01).Both groups were effective in improving balance function and the treatment group was better effective.5.Clinical efficacy evaluation: 40 cases in the treatment group,7 ineffective,28 effective,5 cured, with total effective rate of 82.5%;in the control group,40,11 ineffective,26 effective,3 cured, with total effective rate of 72.5%.Statistical analysis proved that the difference was statistically significant and the treatment group was better(P <0.05).conclusion:1.The diagnosis and treatment of foot varus caused by Mongolian medicine bath treatment has a certain degree of influence, which is worth popularizing in clinical application.2.Mongolian medicine bath can improve the comprehensive motor function of the lower limbs, and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.3.Improving the dysfunction of lower limbs in foot varus patients caused by Uusengagar disease is one of the conditions for stroke patients to return to life as soon as possible.
