| Objective:1.This article mainly through the application of Mongolian medicine inunction therapy on the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy and to explore the clinical efficacy.2.Through the study of Mongolian medicine rubbing therapy on cerebral palsy rehabilitation treatment,for the wide application of Mongolian medicine rubbing therapy and provide a useful basis for exploration.Methods:From October 2020 to February 2023,60 children with cerebral palsy who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 children in each group.The treatment group was given basic treatment(PT,OT,sensory integration treatment)once a day combined with Mongolian medicine rubbing therapy,and selected back Heyi point,Xila point,Badagan point and back muscle group,30 minutes each time,5 days a week,and the treatment period was 6 months.The control group was treated with basic treatment(PT,OT,sensory integration treatment),30 minutes each time,5 days a week,and the treatment period was 6 months.Gross motor function,muscle strength and muscle tension were observed before and after treatment to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results:There was no significant difference in general data and gross motor function score,muscle strength and muscle tension between the two groups before treatment(p > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.After the course of treatment,the scores of gross motor function,muscle strength and muscle tension were significantly improved(P < 0.05).Statistical analysis showed that the difference was significant.It can be seen that both treatment methods have achieved good results.Results The comparison showed that the gross motor function score,muscle strength and muscle tension of the treatment group were statistically significant(P <0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The results showed that the effective rate of the treatment group(93.3 %)was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.3 %).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Mongolian medicine inunction therapy has a certain role in the diagnosis and treatment of gross motor dysfunction caused by cerebral palsy,and it is worth promoting in clinical application.2.Mongolian medicine rubbing therapy can improve the gross motor function and improve the quality of life of patients.3.Improving the gross motor function of children with cerebral palsy during rehabilitation is one of the important conditions for children with cerebral palsy to return to family and society. |
