Clinical Study On Mongolian Medicine Nuangong Qiwei Pill In The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Badaganheyi Type

Objective:Through the influence of the Mongolian medicine Nuangongqiwei Pill on primary dysmenorrhea of the excessive type of Badagangheyi,to explore its influence on primary dysmenorrhea,and to provide a simple,effective and less adverse reactions clinical experience for the application of Mongolian medicine in primary dysmenorrhea.Methods :This experiment follows a randomized,controlled clinical design method.From December 2021 to December 2022,outpatients who were treated in the Department of Gynecology of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected.A total of 64 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of Badaganheyi partial type who met the inclusion criteria were recruited in this experiment.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group(Nuangong Qiwei Pill)was 32 patients,15 pills at a time,twice a day.The control group(Zhitong Huazheng Capsule)was 32 patients,4 capsules at a time,twice a day,10 days before menstruation to the first day of menstruation.Both groups were treated for 10 days as a course of treatment,and both groups were observed for 3 courses.During the treatment,the pain score,Mongolian medicine syndrome score,serum estradiol and progesterone in luteal phase were observed and recorded.After 3 courses of treatment,follow-up was conducted to consult the subjects whether there was discomfort after the treatment,and the records were made.Due to the loss or elimination of subjects in various aspects,60 cases were finally completed,30 cases in each group.The collected data were analyzed by SPSS system to summarize the conclusions of this clinical trial.Results :1.Two groups of subjects before treatment in the course of disease,age,Mongolian medicine symptom score,score pain,serum estradiol and progesterone were analyzed and compared,and there was no statistical significance(p > 0.05).2.Comparison within each group : After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the pain scores and Mongolian medicine symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention(p < 0.05),suggesting that the two groups had significant effects on primary dysmenorrhea of Badagan Heyi partial prosperity type.Compared with before treatment,the serum progesterone levels in the luteal phase of the two groups were significantly increased(p < 0.05),and the serum estradiol levels in the luteal phase were significantly decreased(p < 0.05).One month after the end of treatment,VAS and Mongolian medicine symptom scores were followed up.Both groups were significantly lower than those after treatment(p < 0.05),indicating that both groups had significant effects one month after the end of treatment.However,the clinical efficacy of Nuangong Qiwei Pill is better than that of Zhitong Huazheng Capsule.3.Comparison between the two groups : after treatment,the pain score and Mongolian medicine symptom score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that the experimental group had more significant improvement in the pain score and Mongolian medicine symptom score of primary dysmenorrhea of Badaganheyi partial prosperity.After treatment,serum estradiol and progesterone were compared between the two groups,P < 0.05,suggesting that there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment.4.Comparison of overall efficacy : The results of this study showed that after analyzing the overall efficacy,the total effective rate of the experimental group was86.67 %,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33 %.The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,suggesting that the Mongolian medicine Nuangong Qiwei Pill has more obvious advantages in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of Badaganheyi type.5.Safety comparison : There were no obvious abnormalities before and after intervention in the two groups of subjects,and no adverse drug reactions occurred,with high safety.Conclusion :This study found that Mongolian medicine Nuangong Qiwei Pill can significantly improve the Mongolian medicine symptoms of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of Badagan Heyi partial prosperity type,can effectively alleviate the degree of pain and symptoms,reduce the level of serum estradiol in luteal phase,and increase the level of serum progesterone in luteal phase.The clinical efficacy is better than that of Zhitong Huazheng Capsule.No adverse reactions were found.It can be seen that the Mongolian medicine Nuangong Qiwei Pill is effective and lasting in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of Badaganheyi type.
