Objective: Construct a community physical activity intervention plan for post-stroke fatigue patients based on the We Chat platform;evaluate the intervention effect of continuous care based on the We Chat platform on the level of physical activity,fatigue severity and quality of life of post-stroke fatigue patients.Methods: This study is a kind of experimental study.The study is divided into two parts: The first part is the construction of the implementation plan for community physical activity intervention for post-stroke fatigue patients.Through literature review and meta analysis,the first draft of the intervention implementation plan is formulated,and the first draft is revised according to two rounds of expert consultation and the final intervention implementation plan is formed.The second part is the implementation of community physical activity intervention for fatigue patients after stroke.From April 7 to April 30,2022,90 post-stroke fatigue patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria discharged from the four treatment areas of neurology of a tertiary hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the different fatigue degree scores,the patients were randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group,and 45 cases in the control group(conventional health education),45 cases in the intervention group(conventional health education + physical activity intervention),the intervention time is 12 weeks.Collect data through the General Situation Questionnaire,Fatigue Severity Scale(FSS),International Physical Activity Questionnaire(IPAQ),and WHO Quality of Life Measurement Scale(WHOQOL-BREF);Apply SPSS26.0 software for data analysis,and use percentage,median,quartile,mean and standard deviation to describe the baseline data of the sample,The chi-square test,rank sum test and t test are used to compare the baseline data of the two groups of data and the intervention group with the control group and the different intervention time physical activity,FSS score and quality of life score in the group.The difference between P<0.05 is statistically significant.Inspection level a=0.05.Results:The first part: Through literature review and literature quality evaluation,12 literatures are finally included in the meta analysis.Through sensitivity analysis,the intervention measures applied in the literature that has a greater impact on heterogeneity are excluded,and the first draft of the community physical activity intervention plan for post-stroke fatigue patients is determined.In the expert consultation,4 experts put forward 4 amendments in the first round,and 2 experts in the second round put forward 2 amendments.After the revision,the coefficient of variation of each item is <0.25,and the mean of importance assignment is≥4.0;Experts have a high consistency in their judgment on each item,and finally form an implementation plan for community physical activity intervention for post-stroke fatigue patients based on the We Chat platform.The second part:(1)Comparing the general sociodemographic data of the two groups of research subjects,the differences have no statistical significance(P>0.05),which is comparable.(2)Comparison of baseline clinical data of the two groups of subjects: physical activity level,fatigue severity score,and quality of life score are not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of the physical activity levels of the two groups of patients: in the 12 th week of the experiment,the physical activity level of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);In the 4th and12 th weeks of the intervention group,when the level of physical activity was higher than that of the intervention group,there were significant differences in the group(P<0.05);In the 4th and12 th weeks of the experiment,the physical activity level of the two groups of patients was compared with the change(i.e.the difference)when they entered the group.The intervention group was higher than the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.(4)Comparison of fatigue severity scores of the two groups: in the 12 th week of the intervention group,the FSS score was lower than when entering the group,and there was a significant difference in the group(P<0.05);In the 12 th week of the experiment,the FSS score of the two groups of patients was compared with the change(i.e.the difference)when they entered the group.The intervention group was higher than the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.(5)Comparison of the quality of life of the two groups: in the 12 th week of the experiment,the quality of life score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);In the 12 th week of the intervention group,the quality of life score was higher than that of the group,and there was a significant difference in the group(P<0.05);In the 12 th week of the experiment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were compared with the change(i.e.the difference)when they joined the group.The intervention group was higher than the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)community physical activity management based on the We Chat platform can improve the physical activity level of patients with post-stroke fatigue.(2)community physical activity management based on the We Chat platform can improve the fatigue symptoms of post-stroke fatigue patients.(3)community physical activity management based on We Chat platform can improve the quality of life of post-stroke fatigue patients.
