With the continuous development of Internet technology,mobile communication technology,5G technology and the widespread popularity of intelligent terminals,mobile medicine,as an important branch of "Internet plus+health care",has played an important role in solving the problem of "difficult and expensive medical care" for patients,and providing users with convenient services such as health management,e-commerce drug purchase,online diagnosis and treatment,appointment and registration.However,although mobile healthcare started relatively late in China and has only been developing for nearly a decade,its development speed is in a state of explosive growth.The construction of mobile healthcare regulatory system lags behind market development,leading to chaos in the mobile healthcare industry,frequent issues such as information leakage,medical disputes,and difficulties in safeguarding rights.As a demonstration area of "Internet plus medical health",Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has undertaken the mission entrusted by the state,always adhering to the innovative concept of "first try first",taking the lead in the deep integration of the Internet and medical health,taking on greater innovation risks and exposing many problems in the development of "Internet plus+medical health".This article takes mobile healthcare as the perspective,using research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,and interview to collect paper writing materials,analyze and organize research data,explore the development and regulatory status of mobile healthcare in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,analyze mobile healthcare regulatory issues and their causes,such as incomplete regulatory policies and regulations,lack of close collaboration between regulatory departments,lack of diversified supervision of mobile healthcare,insufficient information security regulatory measures Insufficient emphasis on talent development in regulatory teams,and so on.On the basis of research data and combined with my own experience in the medical industry,the author proposes some suggestions for regulatory issues in the mobile healthcare industry from five major modules:improving laws and regulations related to mobile healthcare,improving the coordination mechanism for mobile healthcare supervision,fully leveraging the regulatory role of multiple entities,enhancing network and information security protection capabilities,and strengthening the construction of regulatory talent teams,I hope to provide some reference value for policy research and market development of the mobile healthcare industry in Ningxia,and to add some content supplements to the theoretical research of mobile healthcare. |
