Research On The Development Path Of Tianjin Hospice Service From The Perspective Of Multiple Governance

In order to relieve the pain of every dying patient and the psychological pressure of their families at the end of life,so that the dying person can finish the last course of life peacefully,the hospice care service emerges at the historic moment.It is not only a symbol of social civilization and progress,but also a "noble project" related to the people’s livelihood.With the acceleration of the aging of population and the increase of the multiplier level of malignant tumor patients in China,the groups that need hospice care service are gradually expanding,and hospice care service has more and more practical significance of its existence and development.It also greatly alleviates the physiological and psychological pressure of the family members and saves resources in all aspects of the society.The development of hospice care service is related to people’s livelihood,reflects the national image,and is an important link on the road to realizing socialist modernization.Introduced from the western countries,however,due to the hospice care,appeared in the process of realize the localization of some problems,such as: policy,legislation,there is a short board,the service mode is relatively single,hospice service equipment,lack of funding,participate in the main body of a single,lack of social power injection,the coverage of small coverage,etc.This thesis first elaborates the research background of hospice care in our country,analyzes its existence and development of theoretical and practical significance,combing the domestic and foreign related research results,the pluralistic governance theory as the theoretical support of this paper,through literature research,questionnaire investigation,comparative analysis and case interview method to guide the writing of the paper;Then,the development of hospice care service in Tianjin is analyzed.Then,the "online + offline" questionnaire survey was carried out among Tianjin citizens to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the hospice care service in Tianjin,which reflected the problems in the development of the hospice care service in Tianjin.Finally,draw lessons from the domestic and foreign advanced experience,based on the actual situation,from the perspective of multiple subject,namely government,enterprise,hospice care institutions and the social public four subjects,points out the developing direction of hospice care in Tianjin,government level should be carried out the death education,intensify propaganda,improve the law and policy,perfect the top-level design,through various channels to raise funds,the hospice services into health care,hospice care mechanism,realize the matching of supply and demand,etc;Funding should be provided at the corporate level to supply facilities for hospice services;Hospice care service institutions should enhance the professional quality of staff,define the admission standards of patients and staff access standards,and enrich the hospice care service mode and service content.The public should learn to accept the new "concept of death" and voluntarily join the volunteer team.
