Contemporary Literature Research On Acupuncture Treatment Of Infertility And Tutor Treatment Of Infertility Experience Summary

Objective:Through the research and analysis of modern related literature,the clinical treatment rules of acupuncture and moxibustion for infertility were discussed,and the experience of tutor in clinical treatment of infertility was summarized.Methods:CNKI,WANFANG,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science(WOS),Cochrane Library and Embase were searched by computer to retrieve the relevant literature on acupuncture and moxibustion for infertility from October 1,1949 to December 31,2022 in Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database(WANFANG),VIP Database(VIP),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),PubMed,Web of Science(WOS),Cochrane Library and Embase Database.According to the exclusion and inclusion criteria,the literature was screened and the required information was extracted.Using Exce12019,SPSS24.0 and SPSS Modeler18.0,the data statistical analysis,cluster analysis,association rule analysis and complex network analysis were carried out on the disease types,treatment methods and application acupoints of infertility.Combined with the two classic medical cases of the tutor’s clinical treatment of infertility,the experience and ideas of the tutor’s treatment of infertility were summarized and analyzed.Results:A total of 349 articles were included according to the criteria,and the results were as follows:1.The common treatment methods of acupuncture and moxibustion for infertility are acupuncture treatment,traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture treatment and moxibustion treatment.The main disease types of modern infertility are polycystic ovary syndrome infertility,ovulation disorder infertility and fallopian tube obstruction infertility.2.After literature data extraction and mathematical statistics analysis,70 acupoints were obtained,with a total frequency of 2464,of which 26 acupoints were used at high frequency,accounting for 93.18%of the total frequency.According to the frequency of use from high to low,Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,uterus,Zhongji,Zusanli,Qihai,Shenshu,Taichong,Xuehai,Guilai,Taixi,Zhongwan,Fenglong,Tianshu,Pishu,Ganshu,Mingmen,Baihui,Ciliao,Hegu,Ovary,Shenque,Shuidao,Yinlingquan,Yaoyangguan,Geshu.3.Acupoints involve twelve meridians and Ren and Du meridians,among which Ren meridian,foot Yangming stomach meridian,foot Taiyin spleen meridian and foot Taiyang bladder meridian are the main acupoints.4.The selection of acupoints involves the chest and abdomen,lower limbs,waist and back,head and neck and upper limbs,among which the acupoints of chest and abdomen,lower limbs and waist and back are mostly.5.Through the system cluster analysis,a total of five categories:the first category is:Shenque;the second category is:Guan Yuan,Zhongji.uterus;the third category is:Xuehai,Zusanli,S any in jiao,Hegu,Taixi,Tai chong;the fourth category is:Baihui,Qihai,waterway,Guilai,Zhongwan,Tianshu,Fenglong:the fifth category is:Yinlingquan,ovary,Ganshu,Pishu,Shenshu,Ciliao,Yaoyangguan,Mingmen.6.The minimum support was 40.0,the minimum confidence was 85.0,and the maximum number of antecedents was 1.A total of 7 associated combinations were obtained,which were Guanyuan-Sanyinjiao,Sanyinjiao-uterus,Guanyuan-u t erus,Guanyuan-Zhong j i,Sanyinjiao-Zusanl i,Guanyuan-Zusanl i,Guanyuan-Qihai.7.Among the 349 articles included in the standard,a total of 8 articles used auricular point sticking therapy,a total of 13 auricular points were used,with a total frequency of 40,and the frequency of use from high to low was endocrine,kidney,ovary,liver,spleen,pelvic cavity,heart,uterus,internal genitalia,adrenal gland,subcortical,diaphragm and hypothalamus.8.Tutor’s clinical treatment of infertility with acupuncture combined with characteristic moxibustion method as the main means,at the same time according to the different conditions of patients,with ear point sticking and other treatment methods.Conclusion:The main disease types of modern infertility are polycystic ovary syndrome infertility,ovulation disorder infertility,etc.The common treatment methods of acupuncture and moxibustion for infertility are acupuncture treatment,traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture treatment and moxibustion.The commonly used acupoints are Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,uterus,Zhongji and Zusanli.The selected acupoints are mainly chest and abdomen,and the selected acupoints are mainly Renmai acupoints.The results can provide reference for the clinical application of modern acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of infertility.In the clinical treatment of infertility,the tutor used acupuncture and moxibustion in parallel and external treatment as the main-treatment method on the premise of distinguishing the deficiency and excess and distinguishing the viscera.
