Clinical Study On Press-needle At Five Points In The Treatement Of Knee Arthralgia Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Press-needle at Five Points on the initial qi stagnation and blood stasis type knee arthralgia,and to provide the treatment of early knee pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type a new clinical idea.Methods:During the study,a total of 72 patients met the requirements were selected to the group.They were grouped using a random number table method,resulting in two groups,the treatment group and the control group,with 36 patients in each group.Each group underwent conventional acupuncture at the affected knee as the basic treatment,followed by Press-needle at Five Points therapy in the treatment group,and diclofenac diethylamine emulsion in the control group.The two groups required 10 treatments per course of treatment,for a total of 3 courses.The changes in the Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,VAS scores,WOMAC total scores and their specific item scores were recorded in terms of time and treatment of the two groups.By comparing the results of statistical processing and analysis of data by SPSS statistical software,the efficacy of the two groups was compared and evaluated.Results:After treatment,the score of Chinese medicine symptoms,VAS score and WOMAC score of the two experimental groups were significantly reduced.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment group had more obvious improvements in TCM symptom scores,VAS scores and WOMAC scores.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44%,which was higher than that of the control group of 77.78%,with a significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Press-needle at Five Points therapy and topical diclofenac diethylamine latex are beneficial to the improvement of TCM symptoms in patients with Qi stasis and blood stasis knee palsy in the early stage,especially for the relief of pain symptoms.At the same time,it also has a good effect on the local mobility function of the knee joint.However,compared with the control group,the treatment group had more outstanding effects on the relief of TCM symptoms,pain relief and improvement of the daily activity function of the knee joint.
