Objective:Through the collection and collation of the literature of Mongolian medical Qiha disease,this paper systematically and comprehensively analyzes and summarizes its concept,etiology,pathogenesis,classification,treatment and prescription medicine,so as to provide materials for the future research of Mongolian medical Qiha disease and provide new ideas for clinical practice.Methods:Through literature research,historical research and comparative research,the literature of Mongolian medical Qiha disease was systematically and comprehensively analyzed and summarized.Results:First,the etiology of Heyi,Sheila,Qisu,Badagan,Xiriusu,pests and other six factors can cause Qiha disease;The causes of this disease include three major triggers:trauma,the evil of disorder,and the failure to eliminate diet;According to the etiology and predisposing factors,the pathogenesis of Qiha disease was analyzed as Badagan and Heyi Partial Types,Qisu and Sheila Partial Types,Xiriusu and Worm Partial Prosperity types,and summarized as two pathogenesis of cold and heat Partial Prosperity type.Second,the classification of Qiha disease is divided into 18 types according to the records in the Four Medical Classics;It is divided into internal and external Qiha,of which outer Qiha disease includes flesh,vein,bone Qiha disease,etc.,and inner Qiha disease includes lung,heart,liver,spleen,kidney,stomach,intestine,anus,bladder Qiha disease and other nine kinds of a total of 12;According to the etiological classification,there are 6 kinds of Heyi,Xila,Qisu,Badagan,Xiriusu,and pest types;The symptoms of Qiha disease were analyzed according to the type by overall symptoms and symptoms of each classification.Third,according to the literature records and innovate the treatment principles of Qiha disease,the treatment of Qiha disease is generally divided into the treatment of external Qiha disease and internal Qiha disease,and it is divided into three stages,such as the early,middle and final stage,and the treatment of each period is systematically explained in four aspects: treatment principle,medicine,treatment,and nursing.Fourth,according to the literature records,73 prescriptions for Qiha disease were summarized and summarized,and each prescription drug was analyzed and explained in six aspects: prescription name,alias,source of prescription drug,prescription drug ingredients,efficacy and treatment,production method and usage.Conclusion:Six etiologies,including Heyi,Xila,Qisu,Badagan,Xiriusu and Worm,can cause Qiha disease.In trauma,disorder and other triggers cause Xisu and Sheila to fall into the seven elements to cause Qiha disease;It can also cause Badagan and Heyi to sink into the seven elements under the inducement of diet and diet,causing Qiha disease;It can also cause Xiriusu and insects to sink into the seven elements under the three major induces;There are a total of 18 types of Qiha disease;The treatment is roughly divided into the treatment of Outer Qiha disease and Inner Qiha disease,and it is divided into three stages: early,middle and end;The literature records a variety of single drugs and prescriptions for the treatment of Qiha disease,but none of them have been systematically analyzed and named,and their efficacy and main treatment are scattered,so according to the literature,73 prescriptions for Qiha disease are summarized,and each formula is explained in six aspects,including the name of the formula,alias,source,ingredients,efficacy in the main treatment,preparation method and usage.
