Objective:1.Compare the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine Wulan Shisanwei Decoction and Western medicine in the treatment of Qisu and Xila partial hyperlipidemia.2.The molecular mechanism of Mongolian medicine Wulan Shisanwei Decoction in the treatment of hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia was preliminarily explored by using network pharmacological method, which laid a solid foundation for further verification experiment and clinical application. Methods:Clinical research methods:In this study,a total of 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities during 2021.1 to 2022.12 were selected as Mongolian medicine observation group and Western medicine control group.Treatment in the observation group:one bag(5g)of Ulan Thirteen kinds of soup in morning and evening after meals, with warm boiling water to take, one treatment cycle for 21 days, one observation cycle.Control group:Nifedipine sustained release tablets, atorvastatin calcium tablets symptomatic treatment, one treatment cycle for 21 days, one observation cycle. The overall efficacy, symptom improvement, blood pressure, blood lipid, blood viscosity and other changes before and after medication were compared between the two groups, and the occurrence of adverse reactions and the influence on liver function, kidney function and other safety indexes were observed between the two groups.Network pharmacological research methods:Thirteen components of Ulan Shisanwei Decoction were searched one by one on TCMSP data platform to find the corresponding active ingredient, and then the corresponding target of each active ingredient was searched in Pubchem database. The targets of hypertension and hyperlipidemia were screened using GeneCards and other databases. The core target PPI network of Ulan Shisanwei Decoction in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia was constructed by processing in STRING database. Then import effective data into Cytoscape 3.8.0 software for network topology parameter analysis, select with a Degree greater than the average value, and finally obtain relevant information about key components and core targets of Ulan Shisanwei Decoction in the treatment of hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia. The core targets were analyzed in the DAVID database for GO enrichment and KEGG pathway enrichment.Visualization of Drug-Ingredient-Target-Disease using cytoscape 3.8.0 software.Results:1.Curative effect of Mongolian syndrome:There was no statistical significance in the total score of the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%.The comparison of curative effect after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in the improvement of major and minor symptoms, with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Results of blood pressure changes between the two groups:there was no statistical significance in blood pressure(systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure)between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),and there were significant differences between the two groups before and after the comparison, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups after treatment were compared between the two groups, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.Results of changes in blood lipid between the two groups:there was no statistical significance in TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C before and after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),and there were significant differences in TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C after treatment, with statistical significance P<0.05).The comparison of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups after treatment indicated that there were significant differences in TC,TG and LDL-C,with statistical significance(P<0.05),while HDL-C had no statistical significance.4.Results of blood viscosity changes in the two groups:There was no statistical significance in the comparison of blood viscosity(whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity)between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, there were significant differences in the comparison of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),while there was no statistical significance in the comparison between the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity between the two groups after treatment were significantly different, with statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Mongolian medicine Ulan Shisanwei Decoction contains 85 active ingredients, such as stigmasterol and quercetin, and 303 co-expression targets of drugs and diseases, such as SRC,STAT3,HSP90AA1,etc.GO analysis was carried out and concentrated on biological processes, such as the response to oxidative stress and cell response to chemical stress.KEGG enrichment analysis showed that PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, lipid and atherosclerosis signal collation.Conclusion:1.Mongolian medicine Wulan Shisanwei Decoction has good clinical efficacy in treating hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia.2.Mongolian Medicine Wulan Shisanwei Decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia, and the antihypertensive and lipid-lowering effects are similar to those of Western medicine.3.Stigmasterol,quercetin and other components in Mongolian medicine Ulan Shisanwei Decoction regulate multiple targets such as SRC and STAT3 through multiple ways, thus achieving antihypertensive and lipid lowering effect.
