Evaluation Of The Convalescent Effect Of Mongolian Medicine Zhachong Shisanwei Pills On Ischemic Stroke

PurposeBy comparing the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine Zhachong Shisanwei pills before and after taking Mongolian medicine Zhachong Shisanwei Pills,this study observed the changes of blood lipid,vascular inflammatory factors(PR3-ANCA,MPO-ANCA,Anti-GBM)and HCY levels in patients in the convalesce stage of ischemic stroke(Sa disease).To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine Zhachong Shisanwei pills in the treatment of ischemic stroke(SA disease)in the convalescence stage,further verify its safety and reliability,and provide scientific clinical basis for the treatment of ischemic stroke(SA disease)in the future.MethodTwo hundred convalescent patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.On the basis of basic Western medicine treatment(aspirin 100mg,atorvastatin calcium tablets 20mg),the experimental groups were respectively selected Zhachong Shisanwei Wan:3g,once a day,before going to bed in the evening.Control group was selected Zhachong Shisanwei Pill placebo:3g,once a day,taken orally before going to bed in the evening.For a total of 4 weeks,NIHSS scale,ADL scale,MRS Scale,Mongolian syndrome score scale were performed on the patients before and after treatment.Meanwhile,safety indexes such as routine hematuria,coagulation function,liver function,kidney function,ion 1,blood glucose,electrocardiogram,head CT,brain color Doppler ultrasound,cervical color Doppler ultrasound were detected.Efficacy indexes such as blood lipid,vascular inflammatory factors and HCY were observed.Follow-up was conducted at 3 months and 6 months after taking the drug.SPSS27.0 software was used for statistical analysis,and the conclusion was drawn.Result1.Compared with the control group,the scores of NIHSS scale,Mongolian syndrome score scale and MRS Scale of experimental group decreased after medication,and the scores of Activities of daily living scale(ADL)increased,and the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Compared with the control group,there was no change in vascular inflammatory factors before and after medication.3.There was no significant difference in HCYlevel between experimental group and control group after treatment(P>0.05).4.Compared with the control group,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein levels in experimental groups were decreased after medication(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.5.By observing the safety tests of hematuria routine,liver and kidney function,coagulation,ion,electrocardiogram,brain color doppler ultrasound,cervical vascular color Doppler ultrasound,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05),and no obvious abnormal changes and other toxic side effects were observed.6.After 6 months of observation,the total effective rate of the experim ental group was 83.3%and the control group was 61.0%,which was significantly higher than 22.3%in the control group according to the evaluation standard of the curative effect of Mongolian disease.Chi-square test showed that the difference in total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Non-parametric rank sum test analysis of Mann-Whitney U grade data showed statistically significant difference in efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Mongolian Medicine Zhachong Shisanwei Pill has good curative effect in the treatment of ischemic stroke patients in the convalescent period,which can promote the prognosis of patients with ischemic stroke.2.Zhachong Shisanwei Pill of Mongolian medicine has no obvious toxic and side effects in the treatment of ischemic stroke convalescences.It is safe and effective.
