Purpose:1.Analysis to explore the“Ji Bei Liu Fa” theory to provide a theoretical basis,massage therapy for cerebral palsy in children with cerebral palsy (CP).2.Analyzed the incidence of cerebral palsy, syndromes, risk factors and clinicaloutcomes the“Ji Bei Liu Fa” massage for treatment of cerebral palsycharacteristics.Material and method:1.Theoretical discussion: Collation of ancient literature and modern literature,the clinical efficacy of retrospective analysis, to explore the“Ji Bei Liu Fa”theory of cerebral palsy in children.2.Clinical case studies:2012,49cases of pediatric rehabilitation spa area ofLiaoning Medical University Hospital outpatient and inpatient clinicalcharacteristics of children with cerebral palsy, the clinical syndrome, riskfactors, and back Six Ways massage therapy prognosis prognosis were analyzedretrospectively.Results:TCM pediatric rehabilitation therapy outpatient and inpatient children withcerebral palsy gender, age, type, TCM climate typing, first diagnosed in childrenage, before and after birth, within one year back the Six massage treatment time,the cost of treatment,outcome as well as the number of upper respiratory tractinfection, and other statistics.1.Children30male and19females; range in age from <1year old,3-6years,1-3years2810people over the age of6,4, of whom the youngest was8months, theoldest is12years old, the average age of2.85years.2.Children in this group of49people with spastic41people, accounting for83.67%; dyskinetic one, accounting for2.04%; hypotonia6people, accounting for12.24%; the ataxic0;1mixedaccounting for2.04%. Clinical spastic common.TCM belonging to a strong liver spleen41people, accounting for83.67%; liverand kidney deficiency type1, accounting for2.04%; spleen and kidney deficiencyof both type6people, accounting for12.24%; the phlegm network, accountingfor2.04%.3.Parents found that children with abnormal, carrying children first diagnosedage of17within3months3-5months6-12months1412months≤first diagnosed≤24months of age9, more than24months, with an average age of10months ofthe first visit.4.Mothers of children with child-bearing age is19-43years old, less than a20-year-old,20-30-year-old and2630-40-year-old20, more than40years old,an average of29.76years; mothers of children with production eutocia13,26.53%of the total number; cesarean section outputs of36people, the total numberof73.47%. Caesarean section output causes in children, premature rupture ofthe amniotic fluid and the proportion of pregnancy-induced hypertension.Children with a gestational age range: less than37-42weeks37weeks24and24, more than42weeks, an average of35.71weeks gestational age;42childrenfor the first child, second child by5people, for the third child by two people,including one of the twin tires.5.Risk factors for prenatal, delivery and post-natal classification. Prenatalfactors: the presence of pregnant women infected, pregnancy-inducedhypertension,3, pregnant sugar disease; the intrapartum factors:24pretermbirth, date of production1,7multiple births, low birth weight and13greatchildren4,17suffocation; postpartum factors hyperbilirubinemia, a total of11people. Into the group of children with the lowest birth weight1150grams,maximum weight of4800g.6.The“Ji Bei Liu Fa”massage treatment times ranging from22-264in a year,treatment time was660minutes-7920minutes, the average number of treatmentswas103, a treatment time of3090minutes; The“Ji Bei Liu Fa”massage treatmentcosts847yuan-10164yuan, the back the Six Laws massage per capita cost of treatment was3965.5yuan.7.The GMFM score standard difference before and after the children into groupsof4-228points, the average score difference of65.18points.8.All children enrolled in the range of0-6times in the year of2012, the numberof respiratory infections, including lower respiratory tract infections0-2.9.The age of the child, premature birth, the number of risk factors, massageand GMFM score difference ordinal logistic regression analysis was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The “Ji Bei Liu Fa” theory in children with cerebral palsy application playsan important role in guiding Massage Therapy, back the Six massage therapy tochildren with cerebral palsy good clinical efficacy.2. Children with cerebral palsy incidence of male than female; majority ofchildren with cerebral palsy aged1-3years; clinical spastic common, TCM typesof the liver spleen card; first diagnosed in children age generally within1year of age; mothercommon gestational age of20-30years old,73.47%of the totalnumber of children; cesarean section output of the incidence of risk factorsfor preterm birth, accounting for48.80%of the incidence of, and often co-existwith other risk factors;after rehabilitation, the development of children withmovement have different levels of progress itself the GMFM score differencebefore and after4-228; respiratory tract infection in children in the0-6, thenumber of lower respiratory tract infection is0-2times. Modern rehabilitationtherapy combined with Chinese medicine the “Ji Bei Liu Fa” massage therapycontribute to the rehabilitation of children with integrity, continuity andeffectiveness.3children aged, premature birth, the number of risk factors, massage and GMFMscore difference, age, premature birth, the number of risk factors that affectmotor development in children with functional improvement factors, the “Ji BeiLiu Fa”massage treatment of brainparalysis of the development of motor function effective.
