Clinical Effect Observation Of Auricular Acupuncture Combined With Electro Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:By observing the effectiveness and safety of auricular acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),this topic further explores the action mechanism of auricular acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of this disease,and seeks a better therapeutic program for patients suffering from this disease.Methods:Methods:From January 2022 to October 2022,a total of 60 patients with radiculopathy of cervical vertebra who were treated in the acupuncture and moxibustion department and pain department of Rongcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into auricular acupuncture+electroacupuncture group(observation group)and oral western medicine group(control group),with 30 cases in each group.After electroacupuncture treatment,the observation group buried sterile press-needle in cervical vertebra,shoulder,portal and subcortical auricular points.The left and right ears were treated alternately,and the needle was retained for 3 days each time.The control group was given celecoxib capsules and mecobalamine tablets orally.The treatment period of both groups was 1 week for a total of 3 cycles.Visual analog pain scale(VAS),cervical dysfunction score(NDI)and cervical spondylosis symptom score were used as therapeutic observation indexes.The patients who successfully completed the whole course of treatment were followed up 1 month after the end of treatment.The recurrence rate of the two groups was calculated according to the feedback information of the patients,and the long-term curative effect of the two groups was evaluated.The data obtained were treated with SPSS26.0 to evaluate the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups.The difference was statistically significant only when P<0.05.Results:VAS,NDI and symptom score were improved in both groups,but more significantly in auricular acupuncture combined with press acupuncture(P<0.05);The effective rate of auricular acupuncture combined with acupuncture was 93.33%,which was better than 86.21%in oral western medicine group(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the recurrence rate of observation group was 3.60%,which was significantly lower than that of control group(28.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both auricular acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture and oral Western medicine can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients with radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis(qi stagnation and blood stasis).However,auricular acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture has more therapeutic advantages,good long-term effect,strong clinical operability and safety,and is suitable for popularization and application.
