| Objective:Based on the theory of meridian specimen and using electrocardiogram as an objective index, this study was conducted to verify the effect of acupuncture on the "specimen" of the hand Shaoyin meridian,Xin Shu,and the "original",Shen Men,on the immediate effect of the specimen of the hand Shaoyin meridian on stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease. Methods:Using a randomized controlled study design, patients were randomly divided into the Shen Men group, the Xin Shu group and the matching group. The 12-lead electrocardiograms were recorded before and at 5,15,30,60 and 120 minutes after the end of acupuncture, and the changes in ST segment and T wave within each time period within the group before and after acupuncture and at the same time period between groups were compared.Content:The criteria of this study were based on the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stable Coronary Heart Disease, and patients with coronary heart disease stable angina condition class belonging to 1,2 and 3 were selected as study subjects, and a total of 108 patients were included. All subjects were patients who visited the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in July 2022 December 2022 and met the criteria for nadir,7 patients were excluded in the process, and the actual number of indexes used was 101.In this study, the Shen Men and Xin Shu acupoints were used as the intervention acupoints, and the positioning of the acupoints was based on the"Name and Positioning of Meridian Acupoints"(GB/T 12346-2021)as the standard. The Shen Men,Xin Shu and the combination groups all used bilateral acupuncture points, and all three groups performed a flat tonic and flat diarrhoea technique for 1 min after acupuncture, and retained the needles for 30 min.The criteria for assessing the effect of this study were as follows.1.If the data for each time period in the Shen Men group before and after acupuncture were statistically verified at P<0.05,while the data for each time period in the Xin Shu group before and after acupuncture were statistically verified at P>0.05,it means that Shen Men acupoints have the effect of improving myocardial ischaemia in coronary heart disease, while Xin Shu acupoints do not have this effect.2.If the data of the Shen Men group before and after acupuncture for each time period in the group were statistically verified,P>0.05,while the data of the Xin Shu group before and after acupuncture for each time period in the group were statistically verified,P<0.05,indicating that the Xin Shu acupoint has the effect of improving myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease, while the Shen Men acupoint does not have such an effect.3.If the data of the Shen Men and Xin Shu groups before and after acupuncture for each time period within the group were statistically verified, both P>0.05,indicating that both Shen Men and Xin Shu did not have the effect of improving myocardial ischaemia in coronary heart disease;if the data of the Shen Men and Xin Shu groups before and after acupuncture for each time period within the group were statistically verified, both P<0.05,indicating that both Shen Men and Xin Shu had the effect of improving myocardial ischaemia in coronary heart disease.4.The differences between the two in improving myocardial ischaemia in coronary heart disease were compared by performing data processing for each time period between the groups;if the data within the group of the two single acupoints were statistically verified at P>0.05,and the data in the group of the matching acupoints were statistically verified at P<0.05,this indicated that the two acupoints had a significant synergistic effect in their matching effects. If the effect of the two acupuncture points alone is significant, but the effect of the two acupuncture points in combination is even more significant, indicating that the effect of the two acupuncture points in combination is better than that of the single acupuncture point in improving myocardial ischaemia in coronary heart disease;if the data in either single acupuncture point group are statistically verified at P<0.05,and the data in the combination group are statistically verified at P>0.05,then the two acupuncture points in combination are antagonistic.5.If the data within the three groups are statistically validated at P>0.05,then the two points have no effect on improving myocardial ischaemia in coronary artery disease, either alone or in combination. Results:Acupuncture of Shen Men and Xin Shu both improved the electrocardiogram in patients with stable angina pectoris in coronary artery disease, and both were particularly effective in improving the ST segment of the electrocardiogram, and there was no significant difference between the two acupuncture points, and the effect was more significant in the group with the two acupuncture points used together(p>0.05)than in the single acupuncture point group(p<0.05).The effect of acupuncture was reflected in the ECG at 5,15,30,and 60 minutes, with the most significant improvement at 30 minutes, but the effect at 120 minutes was not significantly different from that before acupuncture. Conclusion:Both acupuncture points Shen Men and Xin Shu can improve myocardial ischaemia in coronary artery disease, and the standardized matching points can improve myocardial ischaemia in coronary artery disease better, showing that the standardized matching points have good synergistic effects. This suggests that the application of meridian specimen matching acupuncture points is clinically important for the treatment of myocardial ischaemia in coronary heart disease, and provides a useful idea for further research on clinical specimen matching acupuncture points. |
