| Objective: Based on the ancient Chinese medicine literature,this thesis systematically sorts out the literature of Zhongxiao by using the method of philology,and the prescription for treating Zhongxiao in ancient Chinese medicine literature and clinical medical records as the breakthrough point,explores and analyzes the prescriptions and symptoms of Zhongxiao by using the method of data mining,so as to discover the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment of Zhongxiao in traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and provide theoretical basis and syndrome differentiation and treatment ideas for Zhongxiao in clinical treatment today.Methods:1 By using the method of literature research,this paper searches the ancient Chinese medicine literature of Zhongxiao from pre-Qin to modern times.According to the understanding and development process of Zhongxiao in Traditional Chinese Medicine,it combs and summarizes the contents of the name evolution,disease location,etiology and pathogenesis,treatment principles and treatment methods of Zhongxiao,as well as the causes and treatment progress of modern Diabetic Gastroenteropathy,so as to discover the academic development of Zhongxiao in Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment.2 Using the method of data mining,in accordance with the data inclusion and exclusion criteria,the Excel spreadsheet was used to sort out and summarize the information about the prescriptions and symptoms of Zhongxiao in the ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical medical records,and standardize the names of drugs and symptoms,forming a structured database of drugs and symptoms of Zhongxiao.With the help of Excel spreadsheet,IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0software,frequency statistics,association rules and clustering analysis were performed on information such as drugs and symptoms.Through the comparison and analysis of the data mining results of ancient and modern Zhongxiao,the syndrome and treatment rules of Zhongxiao in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine were summarized.Results: A total of 165 classical prescriptions and 148 clinical medical records involving 534 Chinese medicines and 341 symptoms were included.1 Research results of ancient books Using the software of Chinese Medical Dictionary,a total of 165 Zhongxiao therapeutic prescriptions,28 Zhongxiao symptoms,and 164 Chinese medicines were included,with the cumulative frequency of 1543 times.1.1 Frequency Counts According to the results of frequency statistics,eight high frequency symptoms of Zhongxiao were obtained,which were five-upset fever,emaciated body,few urination,good food intake,good hunger elimination,fatigue,thirst,and white and turbid urine.Fifty high-frequency drugs of Zhongxiao were obtained,and the top 10 drugs were Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Radix Trichosanthis,Rhizoma Coptidis,Gypsum Fibrosum,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Ginseng,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata,Poria,and Radix Scutellariae in sequence.1.2 Association Rules According to the results of association rule analysis,a total of 17 combinations of Zhongxiao high-frequency symptoms were obtained,and the main symptoms of Zhongxiao were five-upset heat,eliminating valley and being good at hunger,emaciated body and being good at food.According to the order of degree of support,the high-frequency drug combinations of the top 30 groups were obtained.The commonly used drug combinations were: Rhizoma Anemarrhenae-Radix Glycyrrhizae-Gypsum Fibrosum,and Rhizoma Anemarrhenae-Radix Ophiopogonis-Rhizoma Coptidis.The main drugs for Zhongxiao in treatment were Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Gypsum Fibrosum,Radix Ophiopogonis and Rhizoma Coptidis.1.3 Clustering Analysis According to the results of cluster analysis,it is concluded that the pathogenic factors of the three high-frequency symptom combinations are mostly caused by heat evil;It is concluded that the efficacy of five high-frequency drug combinations of Zhongxiao is mainly aimed at eliminating pathogenic factors such as heat,dampness and heat,and tonifying spleen,stomach and other viscera.The treatment should be based on the principles of clearing heat and purging fire,benefiting qi and nourishing yin,and promoting diuresis and removing heat.The commonly used prescriptions are Zhudu Pill,Fuzhu Pill,Qingliang Yinzi,Ginseng Baizhu Decoction and so on.2 Modern research results A total of 148 clinical medical records of diabetic gastroenteropathy were included,including 313 symptoms of diabetic gastroenteropathy,370 drugs,and the cumulative frequency of drugs was 3,153 times.2.1 Study result of diabetic gastroparesis2.1.1 Frequency Counts According to the results of frequency statistics,forty high-frequency symptoms were identified,and the top 10 symptoms were epigastric and abdominal distension,anorexia,fatigue,nausea,vomiting,dry stool,red tongue,belching,loose stool,and dry mouth in sequence.Forty-seven high-frequency drugs were obtained,and the top 10 drugs were Rhizoma Pinelliae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Poria,Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Bupleuri,Radix Codonopsis,Fructus Amomi,Fructus Aurantii,and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae in sequence.2.1.2 Association Rules According to the results of association rule analysis,according to the order of degree of support and the combination of high-frequency symptoms in the top 30 groups,abdominal distension,anorexia,fatigue,nausea and vomiting were the main symptoms of diabetic gastroparesis.For the high-frequency drug combinations of the first 30 groups,the commonly used drug combinations were as follows:Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae-Poria,Rhizoma Pinelliae-Rhizoma Coptidis,and others.Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Poria,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Fructus Amomi,Radix Codonopsis,and Radix Glycyrrhizae were the main drugs for the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.2.1.3 Clustering Analysis According to the results of cluster analysis,eight combinations of high-frequency symptoms were summarized and analyzed,and spleen deficiency,qi stagnation,dampness pathogen,and damp-heat were the pathogenic factors.Six high-frequency drug combinations were summarized and analyzed.The efficacy indications of the clustering formula were mainly aimed at eliminating pathogenic factors such as phlegm heat,damp heat,and blood stasis,as well as tonifying spleen qi,reducing stomach qi,moving qi to broaden the middle,and dissipating cold to remove heat.The treatment was based on the principles of clearing heat and purging fire,reducing adverse phlegm,regulating cold and heat,invigorating spleen and tonifying deficiency,replenishing qi and nourishing yin,moving qi and removing distension,activating blood and resolving stasis,and clearing dampness heat.The commonly used prescriptions were Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction,Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Zhishu Decoction,Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction,Xiangsu Powder and Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction.2.2 Results of diabetes diarrhea study2.2.1 Frequency Counts According to the results of frequency statistics,twenty-five high-frequency symptoms were identified,and the top 10 symptoms were successively diarrhea,fatigue,fatigued spirit,white and greasy coating,poor appetite,abdominal pain,pale tongue,emaciation,sallow complexion,and abdominal distension.Thirty-five high-frequency drugs were obtained,and the top 10 drugs were Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Poria,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Semen Lablab Album,Coicis Semen,Fructus Amomi,Fructus Psoraleae,and Semen Myristicae in sequence.2.2.2 Association Rules According to the results of association rule analysis,according to the order of degree of support,the high-frequency symptom combinations of the top 30 groups were obtained.Diarrhea,burnout,fatigue,anorexia,and white and greasy fur were the main symptoms of diabetic diarrhea.For the high-frequency drug combinations of the first 30 groups,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Poria,Semen Lablab Album,Coicis Semen,Fructus Amomi,and Rhizoma Dioscoreae were taken as the main drugs for the treatment of diabetic diarrhea.2.2.3 Clustering Analysis According to the results of cluster analysis,five combinations of high-frequency symptoms were summarized and analyzed,and spleen deficiency and dampness pathogen were the pathogenic factors.Five high-frequency drug combinations were summarized and analyzed.The efficacy indications of the clustering formula were mainly to dispel pathogenic factors such as water dampness and blood stasis,and to invigorate the spleen and kidney.The treatment should be based on the principles of tonifying the viscera,warming yang and resolving dampness,activating blood and resolving stasis.The commonly used prescriptions were Spleen-Strengthening and Kidney-Warming Decoction and Shenling Baizhu Powder.2.3 Research results of diabetic constipation2.3.1 Frequency Counts According to the results of frequency statistics,the 26high-frequency symptoms were obtained,and the top 10 symptoms were constipation,dry stool,dry mouth,abdominal distension,anorexia,red tongue,vexation,pale tongue,white and thin tongue coating,and cold limbs in sequence.Thirty high-frequency drugs were obtained,and the top 10 high-frequency drugs were successively Fructus Cannabis,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Semen Persicae,Radix Scrophulariae,Herba Cistanches,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Radix Ophiopogonis,and Semen Armeniacae.2.3.2 Association Rules According to the results of association rule analysis,according to the order of degree of support,the high-frequency symptom combinations of the top 30 groups were obtained.Constipation,dry stool,dry mouth,abdominal distension and anorexia were the main symptoms of diabetic constipation.For the high-frequency drug combinations of the first 30 groups,Fructus Cannabis,Semen Armeniacae,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Scrophulariae,Radix Ophiopogonis,and Semen Persicae were taken as the main drugs for the treatment of diabetic constipation.2.3.3 Clustering Analysis According to the results of cluster analysis,the combination of six high-frequency symptoms was summarized and analyzed,and damp-heat and heat pathogen were the pathogenic factors.Five high-frequency drug combinations were summarized and analyzed.The efficacy indications of the clustering formula were mainly aimed at removing pathogenic factors such as heat pathogen and dampness pathogen as well as promoting qi,tonifying qi,nourishing yin and nourishing blood.The principles of treatment were to clear heat and purge fire,nourish yin and moisten dryness,induce diuresis and infiltrate dampness,move qi and broaden the middle,and supplement qi and enrich blood.The commonly used prescriptions were Jichuan Decoction,Zengyu Decoction and Wuren Pill.Conclusions:1 According to the principle of "verifying by prescription" and combining the statistical results of data mining in ancient and modern times of Zhongxiao,this paper puts forward the theoretical viewpoint that "Yangming dysfunction is the key pathogenesis of the disease,and its pathogenesis is characterized by Yangming’s" excessive heat,dryness and qi disorder ",and the treatment principle should be based on clearing Yangming’s heat,moistening Yangming’s dryness and regulating Yangming’s qi,supplemented by methods of invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.2 According to the data mining results of ancient and modern literature of Zhongxiao,combined with the characteristics of clinical diagnosis and treatment,three syndrome types of Zhongxiao were summarized: excessive stomach heat,deficiency of both qi and yin,and damp-heat stagnation.According to the drug clustering results,prescriptions were drawn up to provide medication ideas for clinical treatment of Zhongxiao.3 In the treatment of Zhongxiao,we should follow the thought of "combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation,combining special diseases with special drugs". |
