Study On The Relationships Between "Disease-Syndrome-Symptom-Chinese Medicinal Material-Dosage" In Fu Qing-zhu Nvke

Objective:To complete a systematic study of the Relationships between "Disease-Syn-drome-Symptom-Chinese Medicinal Material-Dosage" in Fu Qing-zhu Nvke,and further explored the theoretical connotations of Chinese medicine contained in the study results,with a view to providing reference for modern clinical practice.Method:Using the literature method,data statistics method,taxonomy method and theoretical analysis method,make a bibliometric and visual analysis of the modern related research of Fu Qing-zhu Nvke,summarize the previous research situation,find the shortcomings and design the research scheme according to the shortcomings.the main research object was Fu Qing-zhu Nvke.The data information involved was standardized,the literature data set of Fu Qing-zhu Nvke was established,and the single-level data analysis of disease category,disease name,evidence type,symptom,prescription and medicine was conducted respectively with the help of the TCM inheritance computing platform V3.0 software;for the quadruple data of"Disease-Syndrome-Symptom-Chinese Medicinal Material" and"Syndrome-Symptom-Chinese Medicinal Material-Dosage",the data were statistically and filtered with the help of Excel,and combined with the TCM inheritance computing platform V3.0 software The data of the quadruplet of"Disease-Syndrome-Symptom-Chinese Medicinal Material-Dosage" were statistically and filtered by Excel and analyzed by combining with the TCM heritage computing platform V3.0.The above literature data sets were visualized and analyzed to express the data and research results.Finally,based on the theoretical knowledge of TCM and the research results of the dataset,two characteristics of the Relationships of"Disease-Syndrome-Symptom-Chinese Medicinal Material-Dosage" in Fu Qing-zhu Nvke were found,namely,the characteristics of the treatment method and the characteristics of the medicinal properties of the medicine used,in which the characteristics of the treatment method serve as the inner line connecting the Relationships of "Disease-Syndrome-Symptom-Chinese Medicinal Material-Dosage"in Fu Qing-zhu Nvke and the inner line of the Relationships theory based on the results of the dataset.1.Bibliometric and Visual Analysis on the Related Studies of Fu Qingzhu Nvke:Summarize the research status,research hotspot and prediction development trend of Fu Qingzhu Nvke.Retrieving the relevant research contents of Fu Qingzhu Nvke on CNKI in the past 40 years,Using CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software for bibliometric analysis,visual display and analysis are carried out from the aspects of publishing institutions,authors and keywords.Results:After screening,685 papers were finally included.The research stage was divided into three stages:1983-2000,2001-2014,and 2015-2022.The most researchers in each stage were Jin Chun,Wang Xin,and You Zhao.Ling,Liu Yanfeng;Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine are the most research institutions in the three stages in turn.The researchers and research institutions have gradually changed from independent research to cooperative research;keyword analysis shows that Fu Qingzhu Nvke The research of"Gynecology" mainly focuses on the direction of gynecological diseases,with the research on dysmenorrhea,vaginal discharge,and infertility as the highest,followed by the research on the law of syndrome and treatment and the law of medication,which has already involved the study of dosage.Conclusions:The map intuitively shows the research situation of Fu Qingzhu Nvke for nearly 40 years from 1983 to May 30,2022.Through three different stages of presentation,it is found that the research hotspots of Fu Qingzhu Nvke are often consistent with the current Western gynecology.Disease research that attaches importance to practicality,and research with the help of modern new methods and new technologies is gradually increasing,but there are many scattered researches,and the research results cannot be shared.It is necessary to further strengthen the cooperation between authors and institutions to realize the transformation of research results.2.The results of the visualization study of the literature dataset of Fu Qing-zhu Nvke:On the basis of the data set,this study analyzed and obtained the research results of two plate data sets,which are the results of the relationships between the single-level data of the first plate and the multi-level data of the second plate.The results of single-level data in the first section:including five aspects:disease,syndrome,symptoms,medication and dosage effect.Disease:involving 50 name of traditional Chinese medicine,including high frequency name 10,in turn,infertility,collapse,leakage,postpartum disease,childbirth,prenatal,prenatal,restless,menstrual syndrome,dysmenorrhea,ghost,with syndrome,and strange classics syndrome.Among them,qi deficiency syndrome is mostly manifested as temper deficiency,including 96 syndrome and temper qi depression syndrome,but the frequency of qi depression syndrome and liver qi stagnation syndrome is the same,which can indicate that both appear together,and qi depression syndrome must be accompanied by liver qi stagnation syndrome.Symptom:The
