Chen Yan,name Wuzhe,was born in Hexi,Qingtian(today’s Qingtian County,Zhejiang Province)in the Song Dynasty.He was a rigorous scholar who advocated reading a wide range of books and returning from the post to the post.His most important academic contribution is to put forward the theory of Three Causes,and his representative work is On Three Causes and One Syndrome Formula.Three Causes is Chen Yan’s collection of prescriptions.In the chapter of "Cure of Qi and People’s Diseases during the Five Yuns" of "External Causes"in the book,10 prescriptions for regulating and treating common diseases in years when the Five Yuns were too excessive and inadequate are included,which are collectively referred to as"Cure of Five Yuns Syndrome" in this paper.Since the 21st century,the theory of five movements and six qi has been paid more and more attention by people,and it has unique characteristics in disease prevention and treatment.The ten first five-strength syndrome treatment prescriptions included in "Three Causes",which are aimed at the symptoms of excessive and late years,have attracted attention because of their simplicity and effectiveness,and have become one of the representatives of the application of the theory of five-run and six-qi theory.There are more and more reports on related clinical applications,but the theoretical research on it is insufficient.This study focuses on the symptoms of symptoms in the years of excessive and late years in the "Three-Yin Recipe·Five Yun Shi Qi People Disease Treatment",and the main research objects are the main treatments and prescriptions of the Wu Yun Zheng Zhi Fang to clarify the five Yun syndromes and treatments.Fang’s cubic thinking is the research goal,and the literature research method is the main research method.First,understand Chen Yan and the time he lived in,clarify the academic background of the Five-Yun Syndrome Treatment,and then examine the source and spread of the Five-Yun Syndrome Treatment,and examine the widely spread medical records of the Five-Yun Syndrome Treatment and the "Three Because of the side" to compare.Next,we will start the research from the analysis of the five-luck-to-be-natured symptoms and the five internal organs,the relationship between the five flavors and the five internal organs,and the five-luck syndrome and treatment prescriptions.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Compile and compare "Suwen·Fuchang Zhengda Lun Pian" and "Su Wen·Qi Jiaochang Da Lun Pian" related to the contents of the symptoms of diseases in the years of between later medical books and Chen Yan’s "anyinfang".The meanings of the books are not exactly the same,therefore,the original meaning of"Three Causes" cannot be simply replaced by the books of subsequent studies.
