Clinical Study Of DU Moxibustion On Senile Dementia Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of senile dementia with spleen and kidney deficiency by moxibustion and evaluate the therapeutic effect,and to provide special external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:A total of 66 patients were included in this study,and were randomly divided into 33 cases in the moxibustion group and 33 cases in the acupuncture group.After two courses of treatment,the influence of the two therapies on the changes of the simple mental State Scale(MMSE),the daily Living ability Scale(ADL)and the TCM syndrome score of patients with this disease was analyzed,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:1.MMSE and ADL scores:MMSE and ADL scores of the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01),but after treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two therapies can improve the mental state of patients and reduce the symptoms of daily life of patients,and the efficacy is similar.2.TCM syndrome scores:there were significant differences in the efficacy scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),suggesting that both therapies were effective in improving TCM symptoms of the disease.The score comparison between the two groups was P>0.05 for the three symptoms of low intelligence,stiff expression,dull reaction and stool,suggesting that the two therapies had similar improvement on the common AD symptoms in the different types of TCM syndromes.Compared with acupuncture group,guidance moxibustion had outstanding curative effect in improving 7 TCM symptoms of patients,such as less food and less dormancy,waist and knee soreness,bowel bowel diarrhea,oral salivation,urination,tongue and pulse,P<0.05,which highlighted that guidance moxibustion has a good effect of tonifying kidney and spleen,filling lean pulp,calming the mind and stabilizing the will,strengthening the Yang.3.Comparison of curative effects of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate of the control moxibustion group was 87.10%(obvious effect in 5 cases,improved in 22 cases,ineffective in 4 cases),and the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 68.75%(obvious effect in 2 cases,improved in 20 cases,ineffective in 10 cases).The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically different(P<0.05),suggesting that the control moxibustion therapy has a unique advantage in improving the TCM syndrome of this disease.Conclusion:The guidance moxibustion therapy can effectively treat the spleen and kidney deficiency type of senile dementia,the cognitive function and self-care ability of patients have been significantly improved,to improve the quality of life of patients has a great help,the guidance moxibustion therapy AD treatment effect is exact,green and safe,worthy of clinical application.
