As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and a moderately prosperous society has been completed in all respects,China has made continuous efforts to provide for the elderly and provide medical care for the elderly,and built the largest social security system and medical care system in the world.The social security system benefits all the people,and we’re moving toward the goal of universal coverage,basic coverage,multi-level coverage,and sustainability.Make people’s sense of gain,happiness and security more substantial,more secure and more sustainable.With the rapid increase of the elderly population in our country,the elderly medical and pension issues have become the most direct and realistic interests of the people.As an important aspect of the people’s livelihood in our country,the pension issue is not only about the well-being of millions of people,but also about the overall development of the country and social harmony and stability.From the perspective of improving people’s well-being and improving people’s quality of life,the 20th National Congress of the CPC elaborated on the implementation of the national strategy to actively respond to the aging population,develop the old-age service and industry,optimize the service for the elderly,and promote the realization of basic old-age service for all the elderly.Promote the construction of elderly care services at the national level,and elevate the "family affairs" of billions of households to "national affairs",fully reflects the great importance that the General Secretary and the Party Central Committee attach to the elderly care work,and provides a fundamental basis for the development of elderly care services in the new era.The realization of the comprehensive and free development of human beings is the highest ideal of Marxism.For the elderly in our country,pension and medical problems are the main problems that limit their development at present.In order to solve the problems of medical and old-age care for the elderly in one stop,our country puts forward the concept of combining medical and old-age care.The combination of medical and nursing care has become an important measure to deal with the aging population,promote the health of the elderly and improve the quality of the elderly service,and plays an important role in making up the "short board" of the elderly.In recent years,China has further promoted the development of the combination of medical and old-age care,and constantly improved the policy of the combination of medical and old-age care,so that the work of the combination of medical and old-age care has made positive progress,so that more elderly people can meet the needs of health and old-age service,but there are still some difficult problems in the policy support of the combination of medical and old-age care,talent team construction,management system,and health and old-age service capacity.In view of these problems,this paper,guided by Marxism-Leninism’s thought of old-age security and the Chinese Communist Party’s thought of old-age security,combined with China’s excellent culture of filial piety and respect for the elderly,based on China’s largest national conditions,adhering to the principle of doing one’s best,to find out the problems existing in the construction of China’s combination of medical and old-age care in the new era.We will make use of the advantages of the system to put forward a Chinese plan for building a new era of socialist medical care with Chinese characteristics,and explore a path suitable for China’s national conditions and with Chinese characteristics to actively cope with the aging population.The text of this paper is mainly divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of this paper’ s topic selection,analyzes the relevant research situation at home and abroad,clarifies the research ideas,key difficulties and innovation points of this paper,and defines the concepts of the combination of medical and nursing care,the combination of medical and nursing care of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the silver-haired economy.The second part mainly discusses the theoretical basis of the construction of the combination of medical care and nursing of socialism with Chinese characteristics,namely the Marxist thought of old-age security,the Chinese Communist thought of old-age security and the culture of filial piety and respect for the elderly in the excellent
