| Objective:To explore the predominance and compatibility of the six Yin meridian jing-river points in the literature before and after the founding of New China.Methods:Relevant literatures before the founding of the People’s Republic of China were searched in the Encyclopaedia Of Traditional Chinese Medicine(5th edition)and the Journals of Modern Chinese Medicine.Literatures after the founding of the People’s Republic of China were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP journal resource integration service platform,Web of Science and PubMed.SQLServer database was established according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,and frequency analysis,association analysis,cluster analysis and visualization analysis were carried out by Office Excel,SPSS Modeler,SPSS Statistics and Gephi.Results:A total of 1671 articles conforming to the standard were included before the founding of New China.The frequency analysis results of Jingqu(LU8)points showed that the dominant symptoms of single acupoints were 11 kinds of cough,asthmatic syndrome,and 9 kinds of compatible dominant symptoms were sweating syndrome,cough,etc.The highest frequency of compatible acupoints was Taiyuan(LU9),the highest frequency of the meridians is the lung meridian of hand-taiyin,and the highest frequency of the use of special acupoints was Five-shu acupoints,and the correlation analysis results showed that 11 pairs of dominant acupoints in Jingqu(LU8).Cluster analysis showed 5 types of dominant and compatible points in Jingqu(LU8),and visual analysis showed 7 types of dominant diseases in both single and compatible points.The frequency analysis results of Shangqiu(SP5)points showed that there were 28 kinds of dominant single-point diseases such as malaria and abdominal distension,and 15 kinds of compatible dominant single-point diseases such as foot pain and malaria.The highest frequency of compatible acupoints was Zusanli(ST36),the highest frequency of the meridian is the stomach meridian of foot-yangming,and the highest frequency of the use of special acupoints was Crossing acupoints.The correlation analysis results showed that there were 7 pairs of dominant acupoints in Shangqiu(SP5).Cluster analysis showed that there were 4 types of compatible points in Shangqiu(SP5),and visual analysis showed that single points and compatible points shared 11 types of dominant diseases.Frequency analysis of Lingdao(HT4)acupoints indicates that the primary yearning diseases of the single acupoint are 6 kinds of chest pain,lament fear syndrome and 15 kinds of primary yearning diseases such as hoarseness,hysteria etc.Zusanli(ST36)is the highest frequency of acupoints,the highest frequency of meridian is the stomach meridian of foot-yangming and the highest frequency of special acupoints is Five-shu acupoints.Correlation analysis shows 45 pairs of dominant acupoints in Lingdao(HT4).Cluster analysis results showed that there were 3 types of compatible points in Lingdao(HT4),and visual analysis results showed that single points and compatible points were common indications of 3 kinds of dominant diseases.The frequency analysis results of Fuliu(KI7)acupoints showed that there were 27 kinds of dominant symptoms of single acupoints,such as lumbago and impotence syndrome,and 20 kinds of compatible dominant symptoms,such as sweating syndrome and edema.The highest frequency of compatible acupoints was Hegu(LI4),the highest frequency of the meridian is the bladder meridian of foot-taiyang,and the highest frequency of the use of special acupoints was Five-shu acupoints,and the correlation analysis results showed that there were 6 pairs of dominant acupoints in Fuliu(KI7).Cluster analysis showed 6 types of Fuliu(KI7)dominant and compatible points,and visual analysis showed 12 kinds of dominant diseases with single points and compatibility.The frequency analysis results of the Jianshi(PC5)acupoints showed that there were 23 kinds of dominant diseases such as vomiting and palpitation in the single acupoint,and 22 kinds of compatible dominant diseases such as malaria and mania.The highest frequency of compatible acupoints was Zusanli(ST36),the highest frequency of the meridian is the bladder meridian of foot-taiyang,and the highest frequency of the use of special acupoints was Five-shu acupoints.Correlation analysis results showed 8 pairs of advantageous acupoints,cluster analysis results showed 8 types of advantageous acupoints,and visual analysis results showed that single acupoints and compatible acupoints were common indications of 11 kinds of advantageous diseases.The frequency analysis results of Zhongfeng(LR4)acupoints showed 19 kinds of dominant acupoints such as malaria and hernia,and 15 kinds of compatible dominant acupoints such as impotence syndrome and swelling.The highest frequency of compatible acupoints was Taichong(LR3),the highest frequency of acupoints is the liver meridian of foot-jueyin,and the highest frequency of use of special acupoints was Five-shu acupoints,and the correlation analysis results showed 8 pairs of Zhongfeng(LR4)dominant acupoints.Cluster analysis results showed 3 types of Zhongfeng(LR4)dominant and compatible points,and visual analysis results showed 8 kinds of common indications of dominant diseases.After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,a total of 885 journals conforming to the standards were included.The frequency analysis results of Jingqu(LU8)points showed that the dominant symptoms of single point were 5 kinds such as toothache and asthmatic syndrome,and the compatible dominant symptoms were 8 kinds such as cough and stiff neck.The highest frequency of compatible acupoints was Taiyuan(LU9),the highest frequency of the meridian is the lung meridian of hand-taiyi,and the highest frequency of the use of special acupoints is Five-shu acupoints.The correlation analysis results showed that the dominant acupoints of Jingqu(LU8)were 25 pairs.Cluster analysis showed three types of dominant and compatible points in Jingqu(LU8),and visual analysis showed two types of dominant diseases in both single and compatible points.The frequency analysis results of Shangqiu(SP5)points showed that the dominant diseases of single acupoint were 7 kinds such as ankle joint contusion and infertility,and the compatible dominant diseases were 8 kinds such as arthralgia and ankle joint contusion and contusion.The highest frequency of compatible acupoints was Zusanli(ST36),the highest frequency of meridian is the stomach meridian of foot-yangming,and the highest frequency of use of special acupoints is Five-shu acupoints,and the correlation analysis results showed 52 pairs of advantageous acupoints in Shangqiu(SP5).Cluster analysis showed that there were 5 types of compatible points in Shangqiu(SP5),and visual analysis showed that single point and compatible points were common indications of dominant disease.The frequency analysis results of Lingdao(HT4)points showed that one of the dominant symptoms of single acupoints was chest pain,five were compatible with the dominant symptoms of stroke,insomnia,etc.The highest frequency of compatible acupoints was Shenmen(HT7),the highest frequency of the meridians is the du meridian,and the highest frequency of the use of special acupoints was Crossing acupoints.The correlation analysis results showed 132 pairs of Lingdao(HT4)dominant acupoints,and the cluster analysis results showed 5 types of Lingdao(HT4)dominant acupoints.Visual analysis showed that single point and compatibility were common indications of the dominant disease.The frequency analysis results of Fuliu(KI7)acupoints showed that the dominant symptoms of single acupoints were 14 kinds of sweating syndrome and heel pain,and 37 kinds of compatible dominant symptoms were sweating syndrome and insomnia.The highest frequency of compatible acupoints was Zusanli(ST36),the highest frequency of the meridian is the bladder meridian of foot-taiyang,and the highest frequency of the use of special acupoints is Crossing acupoints.The correlation analysis results showed that 18 pairs of Fuliu(KI7)dominant acupoints.The cluster analysis showed 7 types of Fuliu(KI7)dominant and compatible points,and the visualization analysis showed 5 kinds of dominant diseases with single points and compatibility.The frequency analysis results of the Jianshi(PC5)acupoints showed that the dominant diseases of the single acupoint were 9 kinds of arthralgia and chest pain,and the compatible dominant diseases were 17 kinds of malaria and chest pain.The highest frequency of the compatible acupoints was Neiguan(PC6),the highest frequency of the meridians is the du meridian,and the highest frequency of the use of the special acupoints is Crossing acupoints.The correlation analysis results showed that the dominant acupoints matched 19 pairs.Cluster analysis showed 7 types of matching points,and visual analysis showed that single point and compatibility were common indications of two dominant diseases.The frequency analysis results of Zhongfeng(LR4)points showed that the two dominant symptoms of single point were arthralgia and red eye swelling,and the 19 kinds of compatible dominant symptoms were arthralgia,ankle contusion and contusion.The highest frequency of compatible acupoints was Zusanli(ST3 6),the highest frequency of the meridian was the stomach meridian of foot-yangming,and the highest frequency of the use of special acupoints was Five-shu acupoints,and the correlation analysis results showed 30 pairs of Zhongfeng(LR4)dominant acupoints.Cluster analysis showed 6 types of Zhongfeng(LR4)dominant and compatible points,and visual analysis showed 1 type of dominant disease with single point and compatible points.Conclusion:The predominant symptoms of six Yin meridian jing-river points are mainly internal medicine,otorhinolaryngology,orthopedics and surgery.The compatibility of the six Yin meridian jing-river points mainly adopts the method of matching points with the original meridian and the method of matching points with the external and internal meridian,which is mostly matched with the acupoints of the bladder meridian of foot-taiyang.When matching special acupoints,the Five-shu acupoints,the Crossing acupoints and the Yuan-source acupoints are the main points.The Five-shu acupoints are often compatible with the shu-stream points and the he-sea points. |
